Cons (-) Okura was listed as luxury, which it was far from. We ended up not staying here after checking in as the rooms were not like they looked on the website and nothing about this hotel was luxury. It’s a very basic business hotel - oversized and questionable on cleanliness.

Pros (+) Location was excellent, close to making shopping area. Big room for Japanese standard.
Cons (-) Staff not very friendly. Limited English with some staff. Concierge overwhelmed with people. Perhaps 2 at the desk would help. Very strict check out policy. Was not given a copy of my bill because I made the reservation over KAyak.
