We were assured we would have a room with 2 queens and a pullout couch. We called to double check twice. Then, upon arrival, we only had the 2 queens. We asked for a cot and none were available. So, we had to get a 2nd room. There was no coffee in the morning. And the pool and exerxise room were both unavailable bc of a water leak.

Cons (-) Front desk staff spent more time in parking lot having a smoke, night front desk undertrained. Nice enough, but unprofessional.
