Pros (+) Proximity to the beaches and main boulevard as well as old city was great.
Cons (-) There was a lack of amenities in the apartment. There wasn't any coffee, or dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher. Also the outdoor pool closed at 6 pm. The bar was never opened. You had to go for a drink in the dining area. The staff were very rude.
