The main lodge deluxe or double rooms come with a balcony or patio, one king or two queen beds, private bathroom, shower and bathtub, mini-fridge, 55-inch flat screen tv, and optional rollaway bed. Pros:Good restaurants in lodge. Nice common facilities. Decent employees.
Cons:Expensive. Not especially clean (red stain on our floor, old darkened tile). We had a toilet that leaked each time it was flushed. We told facilities about it, and they sent someone out, but it was not fixed during our stay. The air conditioning control was not accurate (a 2 degree change was closer to an 8 degree change). The rooms were a bit small and plain for the cost as well.

Pros:Loved the pontoon we rented from the marine and the location on the lake! Saw them working on all the swimming pools, but that's the only work I saw being done.
Cons:The remodeling project has been taking forever and I see very little progress in the lobby, the multi-level addition with the stream running through it, and no updating of the rooms. Our balcony door did not lock. Our air conditioning unit was ancient and never got the room cool enough in April so I can't imagine how hot rooms will be in July.

Cons:Don't be fooled by the pictures of the gorgeous lobby the bay front rooms are awful! Smells moldy, broken patio door handle, etc. we walked in the room and I about cried!! So much for a romantic 1 year anniversary trip. The smell alone made me sick! The rooms say non smoking but there was an ashtray. We left and went down the road to Camden on the lake. More expensive but WELL worth it!!!!! We will NEVER EVER go back!!

Pros:The efficiency and friendliness of the front desk and Breezes' staff (Grace). The cleanliness and size of the room. Location, Location Location for shopping and dining. The Breezes was perfect for our departure breakfast.

Pros:they have wrong room for our reservation. manager had to come to correct the mistake. it was promised a water view and we were charge more, but we did't see the water view. it was covered by trees and cars. we couldn't sleep well because, next door or across from us had the alarm going very early and it was going on for hrs and hrs, we had to get up and leave early and unplanned. it ruined our trip. bar tender need more training. he couldn't make apple martini. after he took a book to see how it is made, we canceled our order and went to our room. this is a big name hotel, not to know how to make a drink

Cons:There was no breakfast included and no refridgerator in our room for drinks etc. we didn't know we should have brought a cooler for drinks. Also didn't know there was a resort fee added to our ticket of $10.00 per night.
