Rooftop pool. Location on the strip. Nice suite, big bathroom. Balcony a plus.
Skip the up-sale at check-in. In resort store too expensive.
Great balcony. Kitchenette with mini fridge and utensils.
Elevator wasn't working properly. Valet guy wasn't very nice.
Not the deal it seemed to be
Relentless timeshare upselling Very small room (no chairs!) My bed = foldout couch Housekeeping bothers you early and often (didn't clean 1 day) Hidden "resort fee" = more expensive than other, more desirable properties
6 Night Stay
Very Spacious Clean & Tidy

Awesome
I loved the room convenience and the kitchen
The trash was a little small
Great location, great value
The value we received given the fact there was a large conference was going on, was great.
Fave on strip
For location, amenities, and value it is now one of my favorite places to stay on the strip. Having the small kitchen set up with fridge and microwave and dishes is great! And can't beat the location for the price!
Overbooked so they sent me to a location far away from the strip. Only provided me with 1 cab stipend that didn't even cover a tip to the driver. Very dissapointed
Modern, good location, value for money
The property's located centrally on the Las Vegas 'strip', with most key attractions within walking distance; a bus stop isn't far away, for easy access to Downtown and beyond. The property is well maintained with good facilities and some rooms have excellent views.
Beware of offers for the 'welcome package' after you've checked in - for me, this was an offer of a part-rebate on my booking if I was willing to sit through a sales presentation for the resort. No interest from me - so no welcome for me. Staff, generally, seemed more sales-oriented than service-oriented, which was disappointed and unexpected.
Great Value, Convenient Location to Strip
Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was barely a block off the strip so very convenient to get into the hub of Vegas. Gym, pools, and amenaties top notch for money spent. Glad that it was not connected to a casino as I am not a gambler or drinker, but do enjoy wandering the strip. Would stay here again and will likely be my first location to check for my next trip back to the Vegas area.
Nice small room.
Nice non casino hotel in the heart of the strip.
They sell time shares and are pushing you to attend seminars
Hidden fees
The only good thing about this place was the location. AWESOME location. The rooms were also clean.
The staff was horrible. Upon arrival they had no record of my reservation. Luckily I had my confirmation papers with me. I then had to wait another 45 mins for them to make another reservation. I had 3 rooms btw. Once the reservation was made they charged me an extra $100 for each room that's a total of $300! and it was their mistake that the reservations were not there. After I checked out and went back home I noticed another charge for $67 on my credit card. I called to ask them about and they told my it was an amenity fee for using valet parking, the pool, business center, fitness center etc. I NEVER used any of that stuff. I spoke with a manger he hung up on me and when I called back he mysteriously left for the day. I asked for a corporate phone number and they gave me a number to a local spa! very unprofessional place. will never stay here again.
The location was excellent and the parking very good, despite what others have said. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. All staff were helpful and friendly. While there was some encouragement to partake of the "condo tour", it wasn't persistent. Check-in and out was efficient with absolutely no difficulties. We had the 1 bedroom suite with its excellent living room and kitchen. Thoroughly recommend staying here, but remember, it is not a full service hotel.
No complaints, it was better than expected.
Location and comfort. One Bedroom Villa was superb! Juan one of the Valet Attendants was great.
Nothing.
Great location, nice rooms
It so close to the strip yet nice to stay in a quiet place at the end of the day!
I liked the location, It is near to the places where I wanted to go.
The bed sheets were never changed during our stay.
The stay was relaxing and enjoyable thank you
No
Very good situated.
Nothing special in this hotel. Price a bit too high.
The kitchen was very functional for us. It was clean and the decor in the rooms in general was nice. Parking was pretty accessible.
In the living room of the Villa, it seemed a little crowded when the Murphy bed was pulled down. You should consider a different style of couch. You should also consider reinstating the Courtesy Shuttle for more than what is currently on the schedule; especially trips to the airport. Also, the Check In time seemed too late at 4:00PM compared to the "too early" check out time of 10:00AM.
Location, Location, Location
Lack of covered/Secure parking. Room was a little small.
Location to the strip. Size of the 1 bedroom was large.
