Cons (-) The beds are uncomfortable, you can hear all of the conversations going on from down the hall, to the people above and below you. The smell of smoke. Everything could have been better

Pros (+) I didn't use the pool, was too busy exploring and such, but I liked the fact that we had to option. It looked really nice! The rooms were very nice. Comfy beds, the shower was a little small. The hotel lobby was really nice aswell!
Cons (-) I was waiting at the airport for a shuttle, I had to phone six times in the span of a half hour before they answered the phone. I guess they don't hav e call waiting? Considering when I finally got ahold of the hotel, I explained that I was waiting and trying to get ahold of them for a while, and they got defensive and said well I was on the phone with another customer. Pros (+) bed was average comfort
Cons (-) the hotel was a bit of a grungy place & a little run down. The restarurant was sub par & there was no contact phone # to get the free shuttle so I had to take an Uber to get there. Also the shuttle left early in the morning so the manager had to take me to the airport in his own car. I wouldn't stay there again.

Cons (-) Employee thought it would be fun to tell me I had no reservation and I paid 400 for nothing, so after a 6 hour drive I was under the impression I was screwed. All for him to say just kidding. That's not something you want to joke about with someone .

Pros (+) Price/Value, hot breakfast served, pancake, egg, fruit, etc. Clean room, everything worked, complimentary bottled water in room, really good lemon ice water in lobby Friendly staff, shuttle on time and friendly
Cons (-) No pets, boo! pool and hot tub weren't infatuating, but others seemed to be enjoying older place under renovation, but didn't interfere with good stay

Pros (+) I liked the shuttle service and the friendly and helpful maids. Please pay them more. And I really liked the dispensers in the shower and sink. It felt safe and quiet. I also liked the Buddhist book.
Cons (-) I did not like that the gym had no water, that the treadmills were not well maintained, that one of the computers didn't work, that the pool didn't have fresh towels and didn't seem clean or opened until 10 am! Cons (-) We stayed at this hotel primarily because of the airport shuttle. After waiting at LAX for an hour for the shuttle to come and pick us up we decided to spend $40 for a cab ride. There was hair all over the bathroom when we got there and a big hole in the carpet on the floor.
