However, many were disappointed with the cleanliness of rooms, poor housekeeping, and outdated facilities. The pool closure was a frequent complaint, as was inconsistent customer service and issues with room comfort. Some guests enjoyed the spacious rooms and friendly front desk staff, but others noted problems with maintenance, lack of outlets, and poor WiFi or phone signal. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and suitability for families, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and facilities.

Staff was great, but the property needs an upgrade. Plus, I had very poor cellular reception. When I asked about, it was a common complaint about the location.
