The hotel was in a great location. Pool area and breakfast were great
Firstly on arriving at the property our booking through booking.com had not gone through. We had booked a junior suite but this had been taken. We were offered a smaller room at a lower cost but on check out were charged the same as a junior suite. We were mislead on the cost for a 3 night stay. We disputed this but were not compensated for this mis information. If staying here I would strongly recommend getting the price in writing at the time of check in.
The breakfast and pool steak good. Angelina was awesome and friendly.
Too noisy at night with the cat fighting all night and allowing families in the pool are swimming at 1 am. Front door locked 24 hours a day with staff not at the front desk at all times. Had to pay cash even though it states they take credit cards. Would noyvstay here again
This hotel was very clean, cute and cozy. I had hot water, freshly cooked breakfast, and amazing staff always willing to help. I would definitely stay here again!!!! And the pool is a big bonus!!!
The staff were really lovely and attentive. There was always someone there to let us in at night. And the room was nice and clean. Breakfast also yummy
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially James. The room was very clean and the AC worked great. There was plenty of hot water, and good water pressure. They provided wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels, and they were thick (although a bit frayed on the edges). The breakfast was served quickly, which included eggs, gallo pinto, fresh fruit and coffee.
The website advertised private parking. This is false and should be removed from all advertising. Parking is on the street, and even though there's supposedly a security camera 24x7, that's nothing even close to private parking. The hotel practically forced me to pay with credit card, stating that they didn't have cash to make change ... neither in dollars or córdobas. There was no hair dryer, which is a glaring omission in a hotel that otherwise shines in the overall quality of the room.
