Pros (+) I like the colonial style of the house and the location of this place. The were dicks about changing one of the rooms to a 2 bed rooms so i had to rent an addional room to accomodate my mom. They have free breakfast in the morning which was decent.
Cons (-) The room shower need to be updated and the need to be sound proof as i could hear my mom chatting with my aunt in the next room. There was a dripping from the AC that couldn't sleep but they changed me to another room.
