10.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming, romantic, historic, cozy place (flat) to stay. Calm and nice street. Near city center. Very nice breakfast (especially fresh croisants). Friendly host (Leuven and Mechelen was extreamly nice cities!). If stay in Liege, stay here - no regrets!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The place is an art B&B, it has interesting art collections, very atmospheric and the interior of the room is quite creative yet comfortable. The owners are really friendly and nice and care for their guests comfort. Breakfast is great too. It’s very interesting alternative to hotel, I loved the experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Old modern creative decoration, nice, but comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Just 1o-15 minutes walk to historic city center, Opera, train station St. Lambert. Calm streets.
Cons: I was staying one night only. For longer stay this room would be rather to small, not much space for big suitcases or many clothes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderfully quirky house with lovely hosts. Very comfortable bed and the best ever pains au chocolat for breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic service, thoroughly friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed our stay very much!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice people
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant breakfast. Intriguingly quirky and museum-like interior, but also perfectly comfortable and practical. Good wi-fi. Very helpful owners.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Although the room was small, it is decorated in an original style. Especially the lights created a warm and cozy atmosphere. There were fresh roses, sustainable products in the shower (ecological shampoo), a coffee machine and a water boiler with tea in the room. The lower part of the windows was covered with blackboards and chalk on which former guests had left their greetings.
Cons: You have to move a bit carefully on the floor because the house is old and you might disturb the neighbors if you jump around. But that wasn't really a matter.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were very friendly and speak perfect German, French and English. On our arrival, they gave us a map and some information about the city. There were nice extras in the room like hand cream, a coffee machine, a water boiler and tea.
Cons: The drain smelled a bit before it was used. Nothing else to dislike…
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable and unique. Owners were very helpful
Cons: Split bed. Two twin beds together to make one king bed

Pros: Modern hotel, very clean, pleasant staff and a nice stress free stay for us all.
Cons: Nothing bad to report during our stay.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfort and size of room, Location
Cons: Wifi was poor
7.5 Good
Pros: + Nice big double bed with good quality bedsheets + Appreciated the kettle, free coffee and tea, and free bottle of water in the room + Great location, close to old town and main station + I liked the refill toiletries - good quality and no plastic waste + Room was clean, cleaning lady very nice
Cons: - Shower floor didn't look clean or needs remodeling - Loud techno music from somewhere in the area on Saturday night made it very hard to fall asleep - Appreciated the mini fridge but, alas, it never cooled down - A lot has been said about the slow WiFi (all the more peculiar that this still hasn't been fixed...). It's basically useless. They should at least state this correctly on booking.com, nobody expects 1992 WiFi when it's advertised as "WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge" - Altogether found the value for money not sufficient. Should be 20% cheaper or offer decent WiFi and soundproofing, and look nicer - the building and the parking deck-view are indeed hideous
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff, very helpful, great breakfast, fine food in the restaurant
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, very friendly and competent, and always eager to help. Location is great. Nice bar as well. We had a big nice clean room. My wife and I had a great time here and we can recommend this hotel.
Cons: Only thing I can think of is that the room had a terrible view, but let's be honest, during the day you're there to explore the city and during nighttime there are better things to do than look out the window...

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and location
Cons: Loved everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very well situated and within walking distance of the town center. The hotel staff was very friendly and very accurate; Any question was answered promptly. The staff keeps a good look-out to avoid problems and tries to overcome them.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The staff was friendly. Good location and neighborhood. The bed was good.
Cons: The bathroom was in a terrible condition. Floor-tiles where loose and all the joining was gone. The shower doors where missing and replaced by a curtain. Overall, the interior was deprecated and worn out. The sound-isolation between the rooms was no existent. I could hear other guests taking a bath and going to the bathroom as if they where in my own room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large room, comfortable bed, a bath. There’s also a TV and good Wi-Fi, everything you could wish for on a short business trip.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, in front of the train station
Cons: Small rooms; ironing board cover could be washed
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Virtually across the road from the railway station which was great for day trips. But if a walk to city centre but doable. Spacious room and bathroom with separate toilet.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: No handrails on stairs
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is just across from the train station. It’s near many buses and therefore it makes it easier to travel downtown when needed.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean room. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Air con. Great pizza and ice cold Belgian been just next door!
Cons: Toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall (minor issue). Coffee facilities in room are poor (cheap instant coffee) - again - a minor quibble. Parking ticket has to be obtained prior to entering the multi storey opposite or you'll pay almost 20 euros instead of the 10 euros advertised for an overnight stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: clean and confortable and very convenient, helpful staff
4.5 Okay
Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: The staff were extremely rude. If you don't speak their language they don't have time for you. The air conditioner didn't work. When questioned about this the very rude receptionist said open the window. Luckily it wasn't 37°C like the previous day otherwise we would have sweated. The carpet in the corridors smelt like mould and wasn't very hygienic. The service was inconsistent. Do not stay here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean and comfortable.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Closeness to the railway station. Restaurants very close by and supermarket in the railway station. Bed was very comfortable
Cons: Shower in the bath
Les Comtes De Méan - Liège - Building

8.4 Excellent (843 reviews)
C$ 171+
Overview Reviews
A stay at Les Comtes de Méan places you in the heart of Liege, within a 5-minute walk of Royal Opera of Wallonia and Place Saint-Lambert. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and express check-in. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous building – have stayed here 3 times previously, and it has always been a delight. The staff are excellent, very helpful. The breakfasts are fairly standard but of good quality and the fact that one could squeeze one's own fresh orange juice was a plus.
Cons: Getting to our room on floor 7 involved two separate lifts, with a longish walk between them – slightly confusing! – but other floors don't have this problem.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly service, comfortable beds, well-maintained wellness area (free of charge), air-conditioned rooms, cleanliness adequate, extensive breakfast options and staffed breakfast room at 10 o'clock. No problems at all.
Cons: Of course, what you pay for is what you get: the hotel is good value at 100-140 Euros/night, not comparable to 5 star hotels charging 300 Euros/night. Paid a few Euros extra for a room with garden view, recommended.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: not much unfortunately
Cons: vastly overrated, not a luxury hotel. overpriced for the product and services. suites are not well kept, food and restaurant service absolutely insignificant. big fancy names for the food and fancy presentation, to hide plain cuisine. restaurant service very lengthy, count 2h to have a meal even in an empty restaurant. after seeing the type of customer roam around the hotel it seems apparent that it is used a lot for old men to meet young "professional" ladies, or their mistresses.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: A dreamplace in all its aspects...the mix of the old cstle and the modern architecture..the food ..the lovely terrace..the pool...the cocktails..but in first place the friendliness of all staff members!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything super
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The nice hotel in the central of Liege with historical part as a Castel and a new one. Very good Spa, swimming pool, restorant, breakfast, equipment . Beyond the windows of swimming pool lives two wonderfull rabbits. Beautifull view from restorant to the city, good work of the stuff.
Cons: Nothing
5.8 Okay
Pros: Building and service.
Cons: Not 5 star worthy Rabbits and cages visible from spa. Very limited gym Old shower installs No soaps Not clean / breakfast limited No fresh fruits Room curtains did not close We booked the Royal suite. Which is the biggest / most expensive. The queen was not impressed and the king pissed off.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great service and restaurant recommendations upon late arrival. Also valet parking service was great, with the car sitting outside upon leaving after breakfast, as per request.
Cons: Next to an alleyway with very long steep stairs to get to town but is not lit up.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk and concierge always go above and beyond the call of duty when you have a need or request. The hotel is impeccable in its presentation, amenities, ambience and location. If you wonder whether it is worth the price - the answer is yes.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Loved being able to get a great cocktail at the (indoor) bar. Great view of the city. Decent location to get into it too. Grateful for the valet service.
Cons: Quiet room means a room beneath the building airco units on the roof. Hallways weren't vacuumed by the looks of it, after our three days the white paint dust on the corridor between the two elevators was still lying around. Due to rain and wasps the outdoor cocktail bar was closed. Would have loved to get a king's landing. Leaking shower door and mold in the corners, did not meet expectations.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, room, service, parking just near the enter - all was great
Cons: We spent 2h to fill jacuzzi with water but it was fun))
5.0 Okay
Pros: The decor was lovely.
Cons: The lighting in the bathroom was poor and there was nowhere to put a toilet bag, no shelves etc. The room had no air conditioning so it was very hot. There was no restaurant, breakfast was delivered to my room at 9am. The breakfast was very simple and basic. I had requested gluten and lactose free and both were catered for.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Family house, recently converted in a nice 6-rooms hotel. Quiet location in a Liege suburb, not far from center. I got a very big room, well furnished and with great bathroom. Ample free parking in the street, good internet.
Cons: 3rd floor but no lift. Top floor room may become hot in summer, and I haven't see air conditioning. Decorations are a bit eccentric (bright colours...) but ok for me
5.5 Okay
Pros: At least the shower was alright. They have a bike parking.
Cons: This is sex hotel and should be made clear on their profile so that people that have nothing to do with it avoid this property. They should stop asking for credit cards in order to copy them. This is illegal. They should accept card payments and stop avoiding tax. The breakfast is nothing for EUR 10. For the same price in Liege you will get so delicious a breakfast, you won't forget it.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful room. Good in-room breakfast. Comfortable bed. The hotel is in a quite district of liege, few km away from the city center. We'll definetely come. Back !
Cons: No elevator
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The receptionist was a very positive and helpful person. The quality of the hotel was ok.
Cons: The check out was a bit too early (10 am, it shall be 11 am).

Hôtel Hors Château is centrally located in Liege, a 4-minute walk from Montagne de Beuren and 7 minutes by foot from Place Saint-Lambert. A shuttle from the airport to the hotel is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
7.0 Good
Cons: We wait 5 minutes and and then search for the ladies who suppose to deliver breakfast at our (small)table. Pré-baked croissants and buns and no fresh slices of bread, plastic cup of yoghurt, there were no eggs nor fruits. When we asked for a few more buns we were told to wait for 20 minutes so they can heat the oven.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location on the most beautiful street of the renaissance city, modern accomodations in an 18th century building.
Cons: I liked everything
8.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent location to access Liege old town
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic place very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable alone.
Cons: No lift. They were refurbishing the rooms on the 1 floor so it was noisy. But soon it will be finish. No door for the WC so as a couple it’s not much fun.
6.8 Good
Pros: Good location, basic but sufficient facilities
Cons: Sticky switches probably not cleaned sufficiently.
9.3 Excellent

Pros: Very close to City Center, very friendly staff en breakfast was fine to
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Very steep stairs to get to the reception area and even steeper stairs (and very very slippery) inside the room. My partner had a fall in the morning as the stairs were extremely steep and very slippery when wearing just socks. Just getting your luggage to the bedroom (it was a split level room - bathroom downstairs and a bed upstairs) was a hassle.
5.3 Okay
Pros: The rooms were modern and the staff was very friendly and helped us find the address of the restaurant we had made a reservation at.
Cons: The rooms were very small and there was a lot of noise from the street.
6.8 Good
Pros: friendly staff,nice style
Cons: -
3.6 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel was in a good location within easy walking distance of the city centre and atractions.
Cons: We booked the 'suite' which was actually a small entrance room with built in wardrode, wall mounted TV and three quarter bed, with a staircase leading up to a very narrow bathroom with low ceiling and large bedroom with double bed, TV and small seat. This was not a 'suite'.
4.0 Okay
Cons: We have selected this hotel, because it offered Wireless network, however we could not get on line. No alternatives were offered, and we were on a bussiness trip. The shower was broken, and the breakfast for €12 was totally overprised (should be half!)
5.2 Okay
Pros: Close to Liége downtown
Cons: Extremely hard to get there in a car (at least while there are public works going on nearby). No hotel parking during the school year, unless one committs to leave before 8am
3.5 Mediocre
Pros: nice and new and good location

Pros: Location: It was easy to find; there are restaurants just outside the hostel, walking distance to city center Bed: Clean linens; comfortable Breakfast: They have several choices of spread and toppings to choose from - this is what really exceeded my expectation. Cons: Everything was great!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Most of the staff were great.
Cons: For the second year dinner in the restaurant did not meet my expectations.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was really nice and affordable, the hotel employees were very helpful and even opened the restaurant a little early for us in the evening as we were travelling with small children, which needed to get to bed early. The hotel parking was good and felt as a safe place to park, we will come back here again if we travel this way an other time.
Cons: The parking space in front of the hotel for checking in was very limited, it was only after we checked in that we got guidance on how to find the rear parking. The hotel is not as i felt in the best part of the city, and as we took a stroll in the evening the street was very filthy and there were garbage bags all along the footpath were we walked, waiting to be picked up the next morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, staff friendly polite, tidy uniform and helpful, hotel, rooms and restaurants all very clean, breakfast amazing.
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Did'nt particularly like the area that the hotel is in. Pros: Great location close to the station Connvenient check in. Staff were generally friendly. The room was comfortable
Cons: Nothing negative to say - breakfast wasn't the most unusual in terms of choice but it was fine. The Brasserie appeared to be closed but this not a negative as such. The shower was rather old fashioned.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was alright
Cons: I booked a double room for 2 adults and 2 kids. When we arrived the tried to put us in a room with 2 single beds, then when they finally showed us the double room it was only big enough for 2 adults.. nothing like the pictures at all. Plus the room was extremely dusty

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and clean
Cons: Nothing to complain
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice , clean and quiet small hotel . Highly recommended
7.0 Good
Pros: Little room and badroom Friendly staff Good breakfast
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, good location
Cons: Walls are too thin, you can hear snoring from other rooms for example.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very good location
Cons: The room was cold, and the heating system did not work properly
6.8 Good
Pros: Room rate was extremely cheap and was worth the the room which was clean, recently refurbished, same for the bathroom. Hotel is located next to the histotical center, has a closed parking lot (garage) with good fare per day. Breakfast looked good. Staff was incredibly helpful, nice and motivated to make my stay a success. Breakfast looked good even though I did not check that option.
Cons: Room was small (individual with one single bed) and had no window (well, there was 1 but it opened on a closed courtyard with elevator shaft at 50 cm from the window)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to the city center.
Cons: Bathroom in the room.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was kind!
Cons: The room need a general refurbish and the smell in the room was so bad that persisted in the cloths days after!
7.0 Good
Pros: Relatively inexpensive, bare bones, just needed a place to sleep pretty much. Nothing bad, nothing great. The staff guy at night speaks English, the lady in the day...nope.
Cons: There is no feasible way to actually stop and check in until you've found a parking spot. And good luck with that. The streets are very confusing, and there's a barrier in front of the front door that prevents someone from pulling to the side at the door to handle check in before going to the reserved (paid for) parking. 10€ for parking isn't bad, but you have to check in first, then get the key fob for the garage, then park your car, but there's no where to park while you're checking in.

6.8 Good
Pros: Very convenient car park
Cons: Bathroom rather small
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The location
Cons: Poor breakfast, hardly no greens,, staff not service minded, s tains on the carpet in the room, no air condition in the room.
5.8 Okay
Cons: excessively hot room. no air-conditioning. no ventilation. windows locked. a basic fan was provided with the room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I had very fast and no fuss experience with checking in and checking out. The location is perfect.
5.5 Okay
Cons: The big problem with this hotel is their centrally controlled air con system, which did not seem to be working well enough, and the windows in our room were hermetically sealed. We were sweltering in this breathless room and couldn't sleep - I had to call reception at about midnight who swiftly moved us to a room where the windows opened. I'd never normally complain like this but it was like being suffocated. Big relief and a much better night's sleep (although the new bathroom smelled slightly of smoke!). The hotel is nice, clean, spacious, well located and people are friendly, but the temperature control was a total deal breaker. There was also no apology at any stage, or explanation. Reception check in was also slow as they only had one person on the desk.
6.8 Good
Pros: Good central location. Basic breakfast buffet but ok. Nice sized comfy room. Car park on site although publci, but good price. Be careful if using the car park as the entrance is before the hotel and is easy to miss particularly as there is soem roadworks going on next to the entrance. Good free wifi.
Cons: Staff seemed pre-occupied with training new members and forgot to explain things like the wifi, breakfast and any city info. A lot of people hanging around the hotel entrance late at night.
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff were friendly. Very central.
Cons: Rooms are very small but acceptable. The roads are very busy outside the hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, great location!
Cons: No airco, and very small room!
6.3 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, clean, basic accommodation.
Cons: The location wasn't the prettiest area. It was a little bit run down and smelled. The room itself was quite small and overheated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view of the city from the room. Nice and comfortable. The parking just below the hotel and a great shower!
Cons: They did change the towels even if we did not want to be changed. We put them in the hungers, not sure we should have done something different, but normally unless you leave it in the shower they should not be changed.

6.8 Good
Pros: Great location, comfortable apartment, good bed and bathroom, quiet at night
Cons: No host, very impersonal, kitchen appliances were very dirty and inadequate
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Linens dirty. Walls filthy. No air conditioning. Walls painted black. Very dark inside
7.0 Good
Pros: Full apartment, good location in city center
Cons: The sofa is also a bed but therefore its really uncomfortable. During my stay and probably a few more weeks at least, there are people renovating a building across the steet: a lot of noise starting at 7 am.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, clean, great location for sights and groceries from local store less than a block away. Lots of restaurants close too. Parked in park axe down the street first Eve and overnight ($24euros)but next nights stayed on street just in front and police walking by said it was ok as long as we left early (before 8). Not sure if that is ok but no tickets for us and was sooo convenient. LOVED this place. Wish weather had been nice enough to be on lovely patio.
Cons: Lighting in living room at night was a bit too dim even with lamp(husband said painting room lighter colour would have helped that. A cloth for the kitchen would have been nice.
4.5 Okay
Cons: We were given the wrong apartment, which was much smaller and much less convenient than the one we'd chosen and paid for. We'd booked a two bedroom flat with terrace, and ended up with no terrace, and only one bedroom + a sofa bed. Very, very inconvenient as we were travelling with elderly friends.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We liked the funky decor and the facilities. Spacious and with good comfort and a great location for the city centre.
Cons: Lighting in the bathroom was too dark.
6.8 Good
Cons: Very noisy, expensive parking arround, imposibility to lower temperature in the appartament
6.8 Good
Pros: Very good bathroom comfy beds and a wifi adapter for every apartment.
Cons: The flats looked far better in the pictures and there was a nasty smell in the flats. Something like medicine. Also not bery clean and well kept. Other than that everything was fine.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Difficult to review Cathédrale as I was relocated to the En Neuvice flat after technical problems at the Cathédrale flat. But En Neuvice is nice as well and is well located in a vibrant, but still not too loud part of the city
Cons: No shower just a tub

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: nothing
Cons: Not en suite as booked, no washing machine as stated, Tired, grubby. Looks nothing like glossy pics Expected better for nearly a grand
5.5 Okay
Pros: Everything is within walking distance
Cons: Very noisy area. We didn't realise the consequence of renting a place like this right in the city centre: We didn't sleep at all due to noisy drunk people until 0400, and the city cleaning crew woke us up at 0500. Add to this the fact that the curtains didn't close well and it was incredibly hot in the apartment. The amenities were ok, nothing major to complain about but the apartment is far from cosy and it's clearly made for renting it out to people passing by. Some minor things need mending (lamp living room is broken, shower leaks).
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect. For a short stay it was good, but would have been too small for a longer stay.
Cons: We couldn’t find the washing machine which was listed on the facilities .
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The house looks exactly the same as they show in pictures. We enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Quite busy neighborhood
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location!!
Cons: View down the street!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great apartment in an unbeatable location. Roomy and clean.
Cons: The advertising of the availability of a parking lot was misleading at best.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was very clean and spacious and close to lots of restaurants and tourist places
Cons: The parking wasn't very close with lots of bags and small children, it was very noisy at night but that was ok as the city centre location was excellent
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The apartment is in a perfect position to explore Liege. it's near the Meuse, in a small artist street. No access for car, you have to park somewhere else, there's a big car park nearby, and you can park for free on Mondays (but watch out for the market!). Flat is big and comfy, very clean and you have everything to cook and enjoy.
Cons: more an advice than a negative thing, some brochures on what to do in Liege would be great. Oh, and glasses for belgian beer :D
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was lovely. Please let us know if smartflars have flats in BRUSSELS as well
Cons: Street code door were failing to allowed us to inter, not only my self but every one at the building were in trouble. I was too scared because the door were alloways stopped by some object to keep it opened Secondly has you know this last times the weather it’s too hot you are messing to add into the flat something can bring little fresher

Pros: Location and staff were very friendly, helpful and obliging.
6.8 Good
Pros: Air conditioning.
6.3 Good
Pros: The room was modern.
Cons: The hotel it's more like a motel (close to high speed roads and with the form of a motel - no floors, elevators etc.). The air in the room wasn t fresh and the water was just HOT.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Lady on reception during the day shift was very pleasant
Cons: Unfortunately the staff during the evening were not friendly or helpful and not at all welcoming. The rooms are very tired and need work to update them. It appears more of a Motel than Hotel, it serves a purpose for an overnight stay. I would not recommend it for good service and a longer stay than overnight.
7.0 Good
Pros: Does what it says on the tin. Off the motorway for the night and back on in the morning without bother. Basic room. But quiet guests make up for road noise. Parking good. Comfortable bed.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The wellness facilities were great. They were closed for periods each day for outside classes etc.
Cons: The WiFi/internet was down for 6 days due to a previous storm. The masseuse/masseur was off sick for my 7 day stay.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: parkplace for the car
Cons: Wifi was broken the previous day by a thunder but not repaired.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: the staff were helpful, especially the manager Beatriz who was very welcoming
6.3 Good
Pros: The staff members are friendly. Even while the bar was closed at night, the receptionist did get us some drinks, he was very nice. Located nearby the city of Luik. Breakfast was nice as well.
Cons: The rooms and overall look of the hotel seems a bit outdated.
5.5 Okay
Cons: At the first glance the room looked shabby and this impression grew aggravating during my stay: the shower head did not work properly, the batteries in TV remote control resulted exhausted, the glass in the window was cracked while the window itself was warped and could be not closed regardless of all attempts.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The rooms where very clean, you could easily and quikly get a taxi, the breakfast was very good.
Cons: The bar, the welness building and the breakfast being open a little longer.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice location in a large park, quiet while being conveniently next to motorway. Excellent for 1 night stop on the road for those who wish something better than the ultra low cost motorway hotels. Provide a nice breakfast as long as we are considering this just as a stop along the the road.
Cons: The place is getting old, feels like travelling back to early eighties. Furniture is quiet dated, but not in bad state. Restaurant style reminded me of those former East-German places.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: No air conditioning although they did give me two fans to use. Breakfast on Sunday was not good and late
7.0 Good
Pros: Location for me was perfect as it was near the Motorway. Rooms were basic, but fine for a Travel hotel.
Cons: No food served after 10pm, not even in the bar. Arrived around 9:30 after a long journey and was not told at check-in that food would stop soon. Very dissapointed for such a large Hotel. Ended up having to find a local Kebab shop.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Great (halfboard) diner. The location quiet yet easy to access from the highway.
Cons: The elevator is a bit small. Though the stairs are quite nice
6.3 Good
Pros: The staff were very concious of our needs and tried in every way to help. The rooms were kept clean and the bar staff very good.
6.8 Good
Pros: Convenient, clean, good food, helpful staff.
6.0 Good
Pros: Car parking, breakfast, easy access from highway, quiet area, indoor swiming pool (although I did not use it)
Cons: Some of the staff were not nice, in particular in the bar; also, I tried to have a cheese sandwish at15.40 and was told that the kitchen was closed
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpfull
Cons: I booked the hotel as it advertised/was advertised as being close to the grand prix circuit (16km) but in fact was no where near it unless you had a car but that still was 40 plus km away secondly the spa facilities and restaurant shut very early and no bar meals were available
6.0 Good
Pros: Convienace for getting on the main road to Spa GP.

Pros: Clean enough. Only that.
Cons: In reception there were 2 people that they were working in the kitchen. The receptionist was missing and the two guys were speaking only in French (they tried to talk with us but the communication wasn't good enough). Very small elevator. Needs renovation. The entrance was smelling fish. The pictures seem better than reality. The sink in bathroom was not working. Clean enough but never visit this hotel again. There is no hotel name outside.

Pros: it was okay type of hotel, i arrived at night unfortunately there was no receptionist, whoever staff was there couldn't speak english well but he was friendly, so it was okay to deal with, the facilities and the room was okay but ordinary, i can say its not worth value for money as one night 69 euro!! its just a ordinary place to stay, only good point is the location is good.
Cons: the value for money is not upto the facilities i guess! when i was checking out the receptionist told me i have to pay the city tax 4 euro which is not included when i booked through booking.com!! strange i paid it already but i had to pay it again!!

The Spa-Francorchamps circuit and the Hautes Fagnes nature reserve (18.6 miles) are not to be missed.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Free car parking
Cons: Not clean , very small and basic
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great
Cons: Across from the hotel, there is a piece of land with tables and chairs. Unfortunately it stings and when you walk you have to be careful not to step on a dog s....t
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is in an industrial area and normally easy to reach from the highway. It all works smooth and there are as you may expect, not surprises. Though the place appears to be a food desert as many of those areas are, this one has a superb restaurant just less than 50 m away. (see the photo's) Look no further.
Cons: It is a bit noisy, and when it is hot in the summer sleeping with the window open requires earplugs. The traffic noise is strong.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Very friendly staff.
Cons: There were someone smoking inside, it was awful....with 30C or more inside the room and all of this was in July.
7.0 Good
Pros: Really helpful staff. My booking had been lost [somehow] but the lady on reception sorted it out with no fuss.
Cons: Starting to get expensive and the facilities need freshening up
7.0 Good
Pros: Simple and very basic hotel. Small rooms with private shower cabin and separate toilet. All small but looked clean, acceptable in this price range. Close to highway (audible when windows open but acceptable), private outdoor parking. Garden set on the hotels lawn for pick nick.
Cons: Breakfast was good but one of the clients was complaining loudly about this and staffs attitude. Not the hotels fault but not nice to us either. I feel breakfast was good (price/quality) but staffs attitude was rather indifferent. The cleaning staff was very friendly though. Towels were really thin.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: When we left.
Cons: Nice young man at the check in. The woman at the desk/reception the day after was entirely different, it was honestly terrible. Worst thing I experienced when staying at a hotel. Really nasty towards us and other guests. Totally rude and really bad in behaviour and how she communicates. Did not want to listen to the question I wanted to ask her. Replied before I even asked the question. Took another customer in between and didn't even want to explain or listen. Not even when I politely tried to explain what I wanted to know she wanted to speak with me. Other than that a good price. Breakfast was ok. Worth it? Not if you count the service from the lady in reception. She was frankly the wrong person in the wrong place. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.
6.3 Good
Pros: Safe parking
Cons: Very Small toilets and bathroom
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff members were friendly
Cons: The room was very small , too small for my autistic son. The bunk bed was above the double bed, which made us all nervous. There was a lot of noise from grass cutters outside our window very early morning.
7.0 Good
Pros: Bed was very comfortable and the hotel was easy to find.
Cons: There was a strong smell of cigarettes and they ran out of several things at breakfast.

Cons: The entire building smells of cigarettes and weed, the showers are a pre-fabbed single-unit that’s too small for a normal adult. The sink is disgusting with limescale all over, the water is visibly dirty and there is visible mould, damp and dirt on the skirting, corners and fittings. A tornado would do €20 million of improvements to this place
