It simes that the staff are afraid of making a mistake with any thing that has to do with money,that they forget that there are gustes at the hotel !! We asked for room service (ok ,it took 45 min...) however 50 min after they mocked on our door at 00:30 !!! (Of course we were sleeping at that time !!!) Only to ask us to sign for the room service....REALLY?????

They have provided a pillow menu where you can choose your preferred type of pillow. Location is excellent, 3 mins walk to the old town.
