Pros: The view of the water, and the walking paths to enjoy the water vuews.
Cons: Dinner was good, but not 4 star good.
Pros: Location and gardens.
Cons: We arrived late at night with our baby, half of the lights in the room didn't work, there were no towels and it took an hour to get them. Next day we told the manager, She just apologized and said she will remember this situation for the future
Pros: Great, spacious room; friendly staff; beautiful grounds; delicious meal at the restaurant.
Cons: A little far from Montreal; slightly noisy.
Pros: Breakfast was good, variety of food in the buffet. Staff are very helpful, they let us stay one hour after the check out as requested, and during our stay we had a crib and an additional bed for our kids for free.
Cons: Playground for kids could be enhanced, to encourage visits of families with kids. Food of the dinner menu at the Restaurant could be ameliorated (taste, quantity v/s price).
Pros: I loved the views and all the facilities. You get to use the kayak, canoe and bikes for free when you stay at this place. Overall it is worth the price you pay, depending on the season. 150-250/night is very fair price for what you get. Room service is good too.
Cons: I didn’t like the check in. We weren’t welcomed. Checkout was great. It’s all about the staff.
Pros: The location the staff the atmosphere Everything is just perfect
Cons: Nothing as such, just that the restaurant should have more global options.
Pros: Convenient lovation. Nice lake, close to highway EV chargers!
Pros: Good beds Pleasant breakfast staff
Cons: Located miles from nowhere backing motorway. No shops or transport . Too much traffic noise. Badly designed suite with no windows I bedroom. Limited food choice. No coffee shop. No In house kiosk.
Pros: Good facility’s.
Cons: There was to much noise from the highway, just 50 meters besides. It is a really crowded hotel with two weddingparty’s on one night, also with a lot of noise from the music. Things that you wouldn’t expect from a five star hotel.
Pros: We had a room with a view toward the lake. It was awesome! The hotel offers kayaks, paddle boards, canoes and bikes for free.
Pros: Everything! Friendly staff that felt sincere. Spacious and elegant room with exceptionally comfortable bed. Discrete A/C. The spacious grounds pleased me most for my morning and evening walks with the dog. Room service in the evening was prompt and food warm and the breakfast buffé did not dissapoint!
Cons: Only thing was the obvious - that it is situated right next to a noisy road. The grounds are so enchanting that one can easily choose to tune out the background sounds.
Pros: Pretty and convenient location
Cons: I found the decor - gold mirrors and statues-pretentious. The bed was uncomfortable, phone, television and outlets didn’t work.

Pros: Room was clean, reasonably sized. Staff was professional, friendly. Offered toothbrush without issues, when I forgot mine. Hotel is new and clean overall. Dining options 5 minute walk away. Appreciated that there was exercise room (though not perfect- see "what I dont like"), there is also a pool (but looked a bit murky).
Cons: Dining room was outfitted with plastic cutlery and paper plates- never before seen. Dining room itself, though large, was not particularly comfortable- felt like high school cafeteria, rather than hotel room. Exercise room equipment was broken, there were no mats and trash not taken out in the morning.
Pros: Nice wide hallways and the room was clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that the floor was quite slippery and my wife had difficulty getting in and out of bed as a result. We also could have used more baggage carts--all were being used when we checked out and there were only 3or 4 to start.
Pros: Staff very pleasant and helpful.f
Pros: Comfortable beds. Good free breakfast included.
Pros: The beds were excellent! The air conditioning in our room was easy to adjust to our feeling comfortable and worked great. Everything was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: The breakfast choice was not that great. And both mornings of our stay there were way too many screaming kids at the breakfast place. This is not the hotel's fault but we simply like to enjoy our start into the day when it is not that loud.
Pros: clean rooms
Pros: Clean, easy access from parking, staff very competent
Pros: clean, relatively new hotel
Cons: pillows too thick and stiff, lack of decen breakfast, freeway noise
Pros: Breakfast could have more selection, like bacon with eggs instead of meat paddie
Pros: Breakfast was very good compared to most.
Cons: The location is right off of the freeway near the strip malls. It wasn't a very inspiring location for our sight seeing vacation. St. Annes's near by may have a more charming alternative.
Pros: Best layout of a room we have ever seen!
Pros: The bed was comfortable and both my mother and I loved to have the soft or hard choice of pillows. The pool was incredible and loved that it was salt and not chlorine.
Cons: As it was a new hotel my GPS has me going around in circles. When booking maybe the staff could let people know of this and how to get to the address.

Pros: so so
Cons: Facilities poorly maintained
Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast has a large selection of food which food is excellent.
Cons: The elevators: very slow at opening the doors when stopping at a floor. The carpet in the elevators is filthy and falling apart. It is in dire need of replacing.
Pros: I like the fact that it was very close to the lake. The view was pleasant.
Cons: The breakfast was OK. It needed more cooked proteins.
Pros: Location was great for the project my company is working on.
Cons: Restaurant not open sunday's and monday's.
Pros: good location
Cons: bed's comfort
Pros: Good location. Lots of parking.
Cons: Expensive for the quality of the room. Parts of the facility are run down. Entry was very dirty. Breakfast selection was poor. Cereal, bread and pastries.
Pros: A very nice location for walking along the canal
Cons: The room could have been vacuumed better.
Pros: Room view
Cons: Breakfast was very limited and tables not cleared away quick enough was very messy. NOT the staffs fault they need more help. I have notice the same when I have been there before
Cons: When checking in my reservation had been cancelled for some reason even though I had a confirmation number. No receptacles by the bed to plug in a CPAP machine.
Cons: Homeless in the entrance
Pros: The breakfast was exactly what is needed to start your day. The location of the restaurant is perfectly situated in the town.
Cons: A bigger window in our room. It's too bad based on the architecture of the building, there are walls facing the water which would be lovely if opened up towards the water view. We were in a corner room. In order to see the water you have to squeeze in to the corner to see a view. Otherwise enjoyable.

Pros: Cleaninginess very comfortable.
Cons: Mattress was very uncomfortable. Wifi did not work in the room
Pros: The fact that here was two bedrooms and a soaker tub
Cons: Water pressure not good in the tub. 40 minutes to fill and 3 to empty. No microwave. No coffee or sugar just a coffee maker and coffeemate. Light over counter kept going out. A/C did not work. Website did not mention any charge for dog. Previous owner DID NOT charge. Too bad we had to pay anyway. Possibly would have used a kennel instead. HATE last minute charges
Pros: Location was great. Quiet and parking outside of room.
Cons: Building is old, as is interior, but functional and quiet for good nights sleep.
Pros: Secluded and very quite relaxing
Pros: Nicely decorated and comfortable rooms.
Cons: Bathtub wall height - over 2', and no anti-slip mats on bathtub floor. Slipped and rammed my right leg on top of the wall as I was stepping out of the tub. Luckily nothing broken, but sprained ankle and badly bruised shin.
Pros: It was so clean and well cared for. Quiet location with a nice place to go for a walk near the water.
Cons: Bed was quite firm and tv was small and dated.
Pros: Staff is accomodating when we called to say that we are arriving late. Also provide us hot n drinking water when we ask for it.

Pros: The rooms were newly renovated
Cons: The lamp didn't reach the plug. Only 2 plugs in the room
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: Smell was unbearable!!! Stincked like hell
Pros: Although the hotel and room decor is outdated, it was very clean and in good repairs. Very convenient location to get onto the highway or into Valleyfield.
Cons: Although the rooms are none smoking, on occasion, the outside smoking smell came into the room.
Pros: Easy check in check out and located right on the spot where we needed to stop for the night. Has all the required necessities.
Cons: A bit noisy from the neighbors and the bed was too hard for my taste.
Pros: over all , everything was good.
Cons: the only thing, no plug in the bathroom, a plug in the room ...NO MIRROR :( And the TV is on the side of the bed instead of in front, weird.
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: The rooms were requested for Non-Smoking specifically while booking. However, smoke alarms were off the wall, rooms were smelling of pot and cigarettes. We got deluxe double and King suite and both had smell.

Pros: Older model, but it was clean and everything worked. It was 33°C during the day and the A/C kept the room very comfortable for sleeping. Very convenient location for my trip to Montreal.
Cons: There is a microwave and bar fridge but no coffee maker. Missed my morning java. A small drip coffee maker would have been a welcome addition.
Pros: Proximity to areas
Cons: All fine ❣️
Pros: Not bad.
Cons: Damp and noisy at night
Pros: Late check in friendly staff
Cons: Room is very dated carpet needs to be cleaned. Owner said they just bought the hotel so it is understandable
Pros: The motel was basic , clean, friendly and quiet. The motel is old but it has new owners who are upgrading everything. The location is on the main highway into Montreal but you do not hear the traffic. There is no breakfast or coffee but there are places near by
Pros: Comfortable and safe night's stay. Not super easy to access, as on divided main road. New owners very polite and happy to have us stay with them.
Cons: The room was fine - motel is under "reconstruction" with new owners. Biggest difficulty is entry to motel and being able to see that from the road.
Pros: Old and crusty. Not good at all. Bed hard, sheets worn out lights not working and the list could go on and on.
Pros: The location was good: not too far from Montreal and on a main road. Parking was in an enclosed courtyard. It's a tired old-time motel but decently maintained and pleasant.
Cons: It met my needs.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and provided a quick and easy check in. The property had a bed, TV and bathroom, which was everything we needed! This motel has a lot of character and it’s a good value for outside Montreal.
Cons: The facilities were a little outdated and could have been cleaner.
Pros: This business was just purchased by the owners, they were doing their best to adapt to the needs of their clientele, they will be raising the quality of the motel during this year. The room was adequate but needs updating and some renovations. Owners are anxious to bring the motel to a higher standard. We needed an overnight stay visiting family in town, it was comfortable and sufficed our needs. Do ask for extra pillows and towels. For smokers, smoking rooms are available. Floors clean.
Cons: we did not enjoy the television as we are used to flat scree LED TVs. Needed large bath size towels and extra pillow. No clock in room nor alarm clock. Needed a switch to turn off lamp more easily.

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Helpful and patient staff.
Cons: No shampoo
Cons: Aircon is so noisy and old,
Cons: The pillows were very flat and firm. It was clean however the years of wear of and tear showed the room as tired.
Pros: The garden was beautiful.
Cons: We had a hard time finding the place.
Pros: Friendly staff and an absolutely beautiful property. Peaceful, relaxing, and very well kept scenic grounds overlooking the lake.
Pros: NOTHING, I would rather eat from a dumpster in the hot Florida sun, then eat from this location.
Cons: 1. We arrived and we greeted with a cold stare. 2. We entered the room to our complete shock to a bug ridden, broken down room that was NON-REFUNDABLE@ 130/night. There were stains and sticky stuff dripping down the walls of every room, couldnt even use the shower because it was so disgusting, I probably would be cleaner before then after the shower. After you manged to kill the spiders and bugs hanging out in the top. 4. The floors and furniture was disgusting, caked with dirt, I had to use my own blankets and then the next day throw out my blanket and pillows for the fear that there would be bugs in them. 5. Had to drive an hour and half to find a decent location to actually take a shower and eat at because our location was utterly disgusting. we are absolutely appalled that you would allow someone to pay almost $ 140.00 to stay at this location, we travel a lot and we stayed at places that were less then this amount and were still provided a CLEAN room to stay in.
Pros: Right on the water with great landscaping
Cons: You have to go through a toll road to get there. And very far from the town
Pros: Scenic ground. Good for bbq’ng during summer
Cons: Room and everything inside is old. Room smell old. Chairs are stained. No shampoo/ conditioner. Linens and douvet are old
Pros: The garden and view of the lake were beautiful!
Cons: Rooms were dilapidated with stains and tears on furniture. Accidentally didn't request non smoking for one of our group and the room reeked of smoke and owner/manager wanted 50 dollars to change room. Other rooms also musty.
