Pros (+) The location
Cons (-) There were stains on everything from the shower curtain to the chairs. The hallways smelled like weed, cigarette smoke, and just old hotel. Everything was just worn out, but I guess that's how it is for a cheap hotel.

Pros (+) Overall experience very good. Quiet place. Just what you hope for in an inexpensive hotel in a small town like Lincoln.
Cons (-) smell of smoke in halls and stairways, limited but satisfactory breakfast
