Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including difficulty contacting staff, lack of reception, and problems with check-in and room allocation. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some rooms described as very clean while others report dirt and maintenance issues. Safety concerns are mentioned due to the presence of suspicious individuals near the entrance and a generally uncomfortable environment at night. Overall, while the location is a strong point, service and safety are major areas for improvement.
