Very friendly, welcoming staff. Bar food was lovely. Enjoyed the breakfasts and the see ice was excellent.
The water pressure in the sink was a bit low.

The staff were very welcoming, the room was very clean and comfortable and the food was very good.
The only small issue that we had was that the room was a bit too warm at bedtime and there was no way of getting ventilation into the room as the window did not open.

Easy parking. Near a train station if u wanted to head into Edinburgh. Good bus service nearby and some shops nice garden
Shared toilet facilities. Small bedroom. Looked bigger and more modern on photos. Room felt damp same with bedding although once in the bed seemed ok
