Pros (+) Rooms are spacey with good decor and big TV. Bathroom is clean and large. Staff is helpful. Location is convenient, you can walk to city center in 10 minutes.
Cons (-) Parking is not free, you have to pay another 17€ for parking. And it can only get 15 vehicles. You're lucky if you find a parking space.
