Great spot - centre of town. Great café on premises. Lovely hosts - Thoughtful, friendly and attentive. Spacious rooms.
It was OK for us, but if you don’t cope well with stairs ask to stay on the lower floors. It is a tall building.
Friendly Staff, good location, clean rooms, breakfast was good. Travelled for work and will stay here again if I need to come to Powys!
Really mind staff, particularly Ruth who was very accommodating and welcoming.
Staff were welcoming house was clean
Can’t think of anything
Cooked breakfast was excellent with selection of cereal and fruit etc. Rooms are clean and looked after which makes them comfy cosy and fresh, up to date. The Hotel owner Ruth was welcoming and friendly. Me and my son enjoyed our stay and be returning at the end of the month. Both of us certainly enjoyed the Labrador puppy and two cats that reside at the hotel very friendly with guests.
Nothing to complain about
