Pros (+) Nothing really, maybe only the location.
Cons (-) The whole hotel needs to be renovated. Need stainless sheets, the ice machine needs to be updated it is so loud. Looks like an upscale projects.

Pros (+) The room was a good size, but that's about where the compliments end. Some of the staff were very friendly, but there seemed to be some neglect of keeping things on track at the front desk. *see the rest of my review*
Cons (-) The parking was inadequate to say the least. The flooring in the bathroom was coming up in several places. The beds were VERY loud, so not great when you're trying not to wake up everyone else in the room when you move any bit. The breakfast, while I didn't expect much, was even worse then expected. Pros (+) The staff was great. A very clean hotel.
Cons (-) This hotel is out dated. Needs paint and upgraded bathrooms. Carpet is worn so it looks dirty, which it isnt. It also needs more parking. Has one third that it needs. Our car was three deep. Also this is not the best neighborhood!!! Y-fi didn't work most of the time. The continental breakfast could be upgraded also. 2 cerals, coffee, juice, bananas and chocolate chip mini-muffins. That was it.

Cons (-) Stayed there on a Friday night and the music from restaurant/club across the street was blaring till about 2am. Bathroom was practically in disrepair. Sink faucet knob turned all the way around and didn't stop-- you had to find the sweet spot to turn it off. Tub drain plug was laying outside drain. Location was sketchy.
