Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the beach, grocery stores, and local attractions, as well as the overall value for the price. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and unpleasant odors, and several guests were disappointed by the lack of a pool despite its depiction in photos. Service also received criticism, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff and problems with security deposits. Overall, while the location and value were strong points, improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and customer service.AI-generated from customer reviews
