Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to attractions, public transport, and amenities. However, many express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, the small size of rooms, and the lack of personal service or reception staff. Issues with outdated or poorly maintained facilities, especially bathrooms, are also frequently mentioned. While a few guests highlight the value for price and basic amenities, the overall sentiment leans negative due to recurring problems with cleanliness, service, and comfort.
