We were upgraded to a lake view room and the staff were friendly and helpful with our enquiries. Would recommend this hotel to friends. Bus stop was outside the hotel making travel into centre of lucerne easy.
One light in the bathroom didn’t work. We reported it but was not fixed by the time we left

Great location with easy access to Lucerne via bus. They give you free bus passes to help. The staff is fantastic and speak perfect English. I loved the rooms and the view of the lake.
It is Switzerland so it was expensive but worth it.
