Pros (+) We had an incredible stay at this hotel, it was comfortable and the room was very nice. I think it would be ideal for business travelers but my husband, myself and our toddler enjoyed it quite well. We had the opportunity to speak with our housekeeping lady April, and she was one of the nicest employees I've had the opportunity to interact with at any hotel I've been to.
Cons (-) Not much to complain about- when I asked for extra pillows they didn't have any, but there was an extra one in the closet already so it worked out fine. Bed was a bit more firm than we were used to but it was still comfortable.

Pros (+) The rooms were very clean as well as breakfast was great! The young girl with dark hair at front desk that has a little girl was wonderful, respectful and had manners.
Cons (-) The manager of the desk was rude to my husband when he was trying to report people stuck in elevator, as well as several other times. We were charged for one night too many, and it took the manager 2 days to fix or reconcile. Also ended up obtaining 2 additional rooms during the weekend to help town with clothes. Would have been nice if hotel would have given the additional rooms at kayak price.
