Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and attentive staff, and spacious, clean rooms. Many appreciated the comfortable self-catering apartments and the beautiful views. However, a significant number of reviews mentioned ongoing building works and refurbishments, with many facilities such as the pool, spa, and restaurant closed or limited, leading to some disappointment. Despite this, guests who interacted with staff generally reported positive experiences, and those who stayed in the newer or upgraded rooms were especially satisfied.
