Beautiful hotel away from the bustle of downtown. Staff was fantastic and responsive. The one not so perfect thing was the shuttle system. The hotel has only 1 hourly shuttle. It can only accommodate a limited number of passengers and there is no real order as to how people get on. Pros (+) Great view of the Mackinac Bridge, peaceful setting.
Cons (-) Noisy rooms on the front side of the inn because you hear everything out front (People coming and going, etc).
