Pros (+) Simple, tiny but clean hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful, provided loads of good tips and recommendations. Comfortable room. Perfect location, right in the centre of Madrid, in a walking distance to virtually every touristic atraction in the central area. A good value for money.
Cons (-) Most of the rooms have their windows facing a small patio. Bed size (a little small). Small bathroom, water temperature wasn't constant. Due to the patio, we could hear other guests and neighbours noise. We could also hear noise coming from other floors (like plumbing).
