private toilet small only but location was really great, i would be back to stay in this hotel.
Water pressure Bed ok Good location Elevator ok The man of the reception was ok-he changed us the room but then in the morning they renovated a room near ours and the workers were very noisy!
-SO MUCH NOISE!! We could not sleep because of the noise caused by everyone and the fact that all coming to the hostel are ringing the bell. -No respect for the sleep of the people, the rooms near the reception are awful and some rooms and bathrooms are very small, barely you can shower!! -Wifi not working all the time
Noise from street
Great location if you’ve arrived into Madrid, especially from the main station. It’s basic rooms, but the shared bathroom is of excellent standard.
A little tricky to find and the bedroom is basic - but good value none the less.
The room was clean and tidy. The room was made up every day. We would stay here again when inn Spain. Perfect location, easy to catch trains, metro or to walk from to closer sites. Plenty of food choices within a 3 block radius for ANY type of food you want to eat.
Checking out in the early morning to get to the airport was chaotic. It was while I was leaving that the night clerk tried to tell me (my Spanish is 'okay', but the discussion used words I never heard before) that we had never been charged for the room. Every other place I stayed in Spain and Portugal for the past month had charged my card through booking... and here was this fellow asking for full CASH payment as we walked out the door. I paid the cash amount and could only confirm later that my CC on booking.com was never charged. This could have easily been handled during check-in OR any one of several times we came back to our room in the three day stay.
