Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's friendly and helpful staff as a major positive, along with its convenient location near public transport and points of interest. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, and there are frequent complaints about noise from both inside and outside the hotel. While some appreciate the breakfast and value for money, issues with maintenance and room comfort are also noted.AI-generated from customer reviews
