All very good except air conditioning which was the cloud over our stay.Room too hot most nights. Evening meals also uninspiring-we ate in on 3 nights and were glad to eat out the rest of the time. Breakfasts were excellent with lots of fresh fruits..good choices
I’ve already dealt with that in previous answer.
Clean, tidy and a great pool area
Amazing place!!! Feels like one big family! The location is beautiful, the facilities are well maintained, the staff are charming, really polite and very helpful. This hotel should be ranked higher!!
Everything really, the staff were extremely accommodating and always to hand. Christine was particularly helpful throughout, going out of her way to help us and had a great sense of humour. One of the serving staff, Danilo also stood out as he was always up for a chat made himself available at all times. The room was modest but lovely and our view was stunning as were the amenities including the pool and indoor spa facilities. We were also so glad for the ban the hotel had on guests reserving a sun bed by placing their towel down in the early hours of the morning - always something I have hated on holiday in the past. We had paid for half board and it was lovely to see that that all other costs were subsidised where possible minimising our total spend. The laundry service was a bonus also as we had been travelling other areas of Italy prior to our visit.
Not many restaurants in close proximity - but not a big issue what with a lovely on site restaurant for guests. Air con was a little loud in our room but soon got used to it.
Great location and the staff were great. especially Danielo (unsure of correct spelling) the guy who worked behind the bar on an evening. he was super helpful and a great member of your staff The breakfast was really good with masses of choice and great coffee
Slightly difficult to pull out of the premises gateway onto that busy main road
