“The hotel is small efficient and clean. It has comfortable rooms and beautiful views across the lake. The breakfast is continental (as it should be) and buffet style, so don't expect a full English, but it is tasty and has a wide selection. The breakfast waitress was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. When she noticed my preference for tea, there was a little teapot and jug of milk provided on our allocated table every morning, to save me making my tea with a cup and a bag. If you value peace and quiet, without crowds of holiday makers, this is the place to stay”

“The location of the hotel is very good. Very close to the promenade by the lake, which leads to the town. We had a lake view room great views of the lake and mountains. The hotel itself is kept clean, the rooms are equally clean, they are cleaned every day. However, the lack of a kettle and a small fridge in a very warm country such as Italy is ridiculous. Breakfast quite good made from good products fresh vegetable salad very good, although the orange juice could have been from fresh fruit and not from concentrate. The lack of hot meals even scrambled eggs is a big minus. Very good coffee. All hotel staff are very nice and accommodating, the lady helping at breakfast very nice and always smiling, the receptionist (Michaela) very nice and helpful at every occasion. Unfortunately, the image of the nice service of the hotel staff was damaged by a very unpleasant hotel owner, this lady is probably very focused on guests from Germany in a situation when we were leaving and we wanted to pack into the car during the raining, she shouted at us that we parked the car too close to the entrance so that it could be faster done, while previous guests from Germany, who also did the same, she treated them with respect. In addition, every day she was very unseemly, if disturbed by guests from countries other than Germany should write it in the description of the hotel. It was a very unpleasant end to a very successful holiday.”
