Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel’s excellent location near the ferry terminal, train station, and local attractions, making it ideal for travelers. The staff consistently received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and going above and beyond to assist guests, including language support and accommodating special requests. Cleanliness was also frequently mentioned as a positive, with rooms described as tidy and well-maintained. Comfortable beds contributed to a good night's sleep for many. However, several guests noted issues with noise, particularly in rooms facing the street or with poor sound insulation, and a few mentioned the lack of an elevator as a minor inconvenience. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making this hotel a popular choice for visitors to the area.
