Cons: The lady at the desk on Friday evening. She got us to another room. There was no hot water, the internet had to be acquired manually on all 5 of our devices. Took over an hour because they outsource internet service. There is no repairman on duty.

Pros: Great location
Cons: Everything was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Good selection, good quality. Very well presented.
Cons: Excellent all the way around.
2.9 Mediocre
Cons: The room smelled like Raid--and all of our belongings picked up the smell. The beds were double, not queen, and the pull out couch was horribly uncomfortable. They would not give us a late check out time, so we hurried back from the lacrosse tournament, only to find out that they had cut off our access to the room about 15 minutes early, so we had to go to the front desk to get a new key made. The desk staff we encountered at check in and at check out was not very nice (same lady)--and she initially put us in a room that they apparently knew had a broken pull out couch. Other people on the property were nicer, but we will never stay there again, and we would recommend that others avoid it, too.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. Kids liked the pool.
Cons: It was under construction. But that didn't bother us much.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff had cool treats on hand for the kids.
Cons: The bathroom had mold in the shower.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, clean room, good location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Desmond is beautiful! The staff was super friendly and the pillows in the room were to die for! I slept like a princess. I would most definitely visit there again. I wish I had more time there, the pool looked beautiful!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel is in a business park area. It wasn't difficult to find. It was exceptionally quiet, since we were traveling on a holiday weekend.
Cons: Two little things. One the pool towels weren't in the pool area, instead they were in the fitness area, and I felt awkward dripping my way in there to get a dry towel. The other, I wanted to eat breakfast on Sunday in the restaurant, but they only offered the brunch, not the menu after 8:30 am.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property! The rooms are spacious and decorated in a traditional style that is very comforting. The suite had a nice sitting room with comfortable furniture and a table for 4. The bathroom with bathtub shower, toilet and sink is a bit cramped, but there is an area right outside it with an extra sink near the spacious closet. The bedroom was awesome - very comfortable high 4-poster bed, comfortable seating and plenty of room for luggage, etc. This hotel has great dining options - room service, a bar/pub, and a fine dining restaurant. I ended up getting an order to-go from the restaurant, Fork & Bottle, The person who took m order was courteous and helpful. It was easy to go down to the restaurant on the lobby level to pick it up. The staff is EXCELLENT! They were so friendly when we checked in. We upgraded to a suite but I'm unsure whether or not we paid extra. Once we got into the room, the front desk called to inform us that several kids' sports teams were staying on our floor (we noticed kids running all over the place) and offered to put us on the first floor instead. He explained that security would start patrolling the halls at 9PM and would make sure it was quiet. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and did not have any issues with the noise (though we would occasionally hear kids running). The great thing about the room was you could close the door to the bathroom area AND to the bedroom, creating a double barrier for any noise out in the hall. Also, any time I stopped into grab a drink or snack from the little shop area next to the front desk, I never had to wait to tell them to charge it to my room. The hotel was very busy with lots of guests, but I was never inconvenienced by this.
Cons: Only a few small complaints. The views are of a corporate office park. The TV remotes were low battery, somewhat difficult to use. Housekeeping skipped our room - we left around 1PM and could see housekeeping in the hallway so we assumed they would get to our room. Apparently after a certain time it is best to call to let them know they can come clean. We were disappointed to arrive to an uncleaned room after being out all day. They sent someone to straighten up and empty the garbage, so everything turned out fine. They responded very quickly to the issue.
7.0 Good
Cons: It was expensive
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Every thing but the useless coupon your company sent me
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room and bed were very spacious and comfortable
Cons: My room felt a bit exposed to people outside. An additional curtain or screen to allow light but block outsiders from seeing in the room would be valuable.

Pros: Bed was very very comfortable! Room was more spacious and elegant than we expected from the photos.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The price point was exactly what we were comfortable spending, and the hotel exceeded what we thought we would get for what we paid. It was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Upon check-in, we were told breakfast times the next morning which made it sound like breakfast would be included. When we went down, we were told that it was available for purchase. Not a big deal but perhaps something to disclose when mentioning it.
6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel & rooms were nice.
Cons: A few staff members were not very pleasant dealing with my husband to extend our stay. I would have gone across the street to the Desmond and paid a little extra for the convenience of a free breakfast, which I usually expect in nicer hotels. I was in a wedding and working with limited timing, so it would have been convenient.

Cons: Bed could be a little softer for my liking.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Room cleaning is terrible. Checked in at midnight after a 30 hour journey. The person at reception puts me in a room with an adjoining door at the complete end of the corridor. It was super noisy so I complained and had to pack all my stuff and relocate the next day. Terrible. I also told her 3 times I had stayed at the hotel for 2.5 weeks in January and she kept explaining the hotel details (at midnight after 30 hour journey) like she was on auto pilot. The room is not cleaned well (I overheard someone being told something about earning more points if you opt out of service) which I wasn’t offered. The first room had a brown stain on the sheet and stained towels (stained towels last time too). The person who cleans is terrible. I had no tissues or toilet roll at one point. The room rate is way over priced for this kind of cleanliness.

Pros: The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. He provided us with complimentary mouthwash. There is free parking and a salt water pool.
Cons: the bathroom was showing signs of wear. The pool wasn't the cleanest. The cleaning lady failed to provide us with toilet paper and wash cloths and did not vacuum; nor clean the room.

Pros: Bed was very very comfortable! Room was more spacious and elegant than we expected from the photos.
Cons: A number of the light fixtures in the room and the elevator made loud buzzing noises. Luckily, there were enough light options in the room that we were able to simply turned off the offending lights.
