Excellent 10.0
Pros: The restaurant is beautiful and amazing food. The cabin was so cozy and perfect for a quiet secluded romantic getaway. And it was exceptionally clean.
Cons: nothing! Everything is amazing and we will be coming back
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great little standalone cabin escape. We loved it.
Cons: The natural gas powered heater left a funky gas smell in the room. There may be a slight leak.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location.
Cons: None
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful cabin. Newly remodeled. So clean and comfy!! I made a mistake and booked the wrong weekend and the manager or owner was kind enough to change our reservation to the proper weekend without extra charge.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved how easy it was to book this cabin. Never have I ever stayed at a cabin with so many amenities and one that was this clean. It was pretty shocking how great the cabin was for the price we paid for and it was in a very beautiful, convenient location. My friends and I loved this cabin so much that every time we come to mammoth, this is the place we will be staying at from now on.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Allowed dogs Delicious food -fine dining, kind of $$$$ tho Scenery
Cons: Bed

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Clean & great customer service
Okay 4.0
Pros: The room itself was fine & the bed was comfortable. The parking area overlooks an open natural area and there are picnic tables available to enjoy the area and a view of the nearby mountains.
Cons: The noise from the 2nd floor room was ridiculous. There was a tapping sound that made it difficult to sleep. Every move the occupants made could be heard including any use of water. I would avoid staying here again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice spa; breakfast buffet was way better than I expected given that it is complimentary; friendly staff.
Cons: Room and beds were small, but I did stay in the lowest priced room
Good 6.5
Pros: Was clean & convenient
Cons: Typical for a Motel, can be noisy at times.
Good 6.0
Cons: No A/C!!!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff, facility, location
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Convenient to event site
Cons: Tub was slick. Bathroom could use some grab bars in the tub area.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: All of the online information stated a/c in rooms. There was no a/c available and when I inquired I was given a fan. This is unacceptable in the heat wave. The only reason I booked this hotel was due to the heat as I had been backpacking
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The people at check-in were so helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and more. The driver, Tom, was a pleasure. He dropped us in front of Canyon Lodge. We texted him at the end of the day and he was there to take us back within minutes.
Cons: There was nothing wrong with the stay, except I had to leave. Lol
Good 7.0
Pros: Bed was comfy
Cons: The breakfast wasn't great. Oatmeal was cold and boiled eggs were old
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was clean and nicely put together, and the breakfast was perfect. Overall we were so positively surprised at how much this accommodation exceeded our expectations and probably was the best value for money accommodation we've ever stayed at.
Cons: The only criticism was the radiator was loud at night and made a noise, but that's just because it was old. Otherwise, nothing to complain about!
Good 7.5
Pros: Spa was an added bonus as was the breakfast
Cons: Beds were too soft

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was tasty, as was the coffee. The location was near a bus stop, and walking distance to restaurants and entertainment.
Cons: Room and bath were quite small, but fortunately, I was just by myself.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: breakfest and wine, cheese and, crackers at night were great!
Cons: rooms are a little small but not really a problem.
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The late afternoon happy hour drinks and snacks was very nice, and provided a good opportunity to meet and talk with other guests.
Cons: Some areas of the property look a little tired and in need of updating or replacing, the rug in our room was an example of this.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Convenient, clean and welcoming. Great breakfast.
Cons: Somewhat dated building, but clean and part of the charm.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Antonio. He's the best!
Cons: Bed & mattress
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Extremely friendly staff, cleanliness, pet friendly and great location near restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and the village. Very good value price/quality
Okay 4.2
Pros: Staff at checkin were nice. Breakfast was nice.
Cons: Incredibly thin walls, specifically between rooms 12 and 11. No warning or anything posted in the room about this. We were kept up late and woken up early having to listen to every single word the massive family next door said. The bed in room 12 was awful. Old and very worn out. Very bad for your back.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: It was a snug little place close to town and all other resorts.
Cons: I was charged an extra $13/day when booking.com claimed no hidden / extra fees.
Good 6.3
Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast was skimpy and you could here everything above us
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It is quaint not fancy. People are friendly. Room quiet and charming. Good place to rest. Would have loved the hot tub it was broken.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff was great, access to rooms was easy.
Cons: Rooms were dated and parking was interesting at best.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Several different options for breakfast that rotated throughout the week. Each was well prepared and tasty. Everyday there was a happy hour in the lobby that included crackers, cheese and wine. The hot tub worked very well with powerful jets to to massage sore muscles after a long day on the slopes in wonderfully hot water.
Cons: The door did not seal fully, so considerable cold air came into the room at the door. Snow melt would freeze every night in the parking areas creating large patches of very slick ice.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very clean.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Large rooms with comfortable beds and excellent breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was remodeled with barn door shutters and nice decor. The beds were comfortable. In room microwave and refrigerator. A fabulous breakfast buffet included made to order eggs & pancakes, potatoes, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, etc!
Cons: The hallway smelled possibly from someone microwaving food, but it remained through the night and next day. Air freshener in the hallway would be a good idea.
Poor 1.0
Cons: Heat system broken - hotel failed to rectify and also didn't really care
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location & staff
Cons: It' was a high price for a weekday stay.
Excellent 9.0

Cons: The TV service are to poor.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: we went skiing and visited the hot springs...
Cons: i was happy...
Good 7.5
Pros: Good location, clean and nice sized rooms. Great breakfast.
Cons: There were a couple encounters with the front desk staff that we felt they were not polite and very curt. The breakfast tickets are excessive as well.
Good 6.0
Pros: Breakfast was included and good.
Cons: Rooms are kind of old - well used. @Check-out receptionist refused to give me the receipt before I not handed her the room key (card) - never seen something like that. Couldn't go up to my room to get my luggage. So I had to go to the check-out twice.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: i was charged the 25 dollars. and place was hard to find . because there are no signs
Cons: i was charged 25 dollars for extra person .food was not that great . i booked the place and i said how many are staying . and i got charged
Good 7.0
Pros: The beds. The modern decor and covered parking.
Cons: The pillows. They only have very thick and hard pillows. Had to buy one to not end up with some neck pain.
Good 6.0
Pros: Nice decor, great parking
Cons: Sand and hairs on bedspread, dirty french fry and pile of dirt in front of room -- they vacuumed later. Lock on door didnt work but I didn't realize until morning

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Free breakfast, free WiFi, big room, wide hallway, fridge and microwave and plates/utensils, convenient location, indoor parking.
Cons: No elevator, weird floor plan. No big deal for me though.
Good 6.7
Cons: Not for 6, rollbeds and sofabed to be changed asap, verynbad. The rest ok, breakfast below The standard usa
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Got caught in a major snowstorm during our stay so we were very appreciative of the covered parking at the lodge. The staff were excellent; very friendly and helpful under the trying circumstances of poor weather and the ski resorts closing down due to a pandemic. Our room was perfectly adequate and equipped with a small balcony and chairs overlooking the jacuzzi. Would’ve been very nice at a warmer time of the year! Mammoth Lakes is is a great location to visit the Yosemite region but perhaps best visited during the summer/early fall when all the mountain roads are not blocked by snow. We will undoubtedly visit the region in the future and we will probably stay at the Sierra Lodge again.
Cons: Perhaps the decor was rather tired but no more so than other places we stayed in during our Californian road trip.
Good 7.0
Pros: Good staff.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Covered parking, prime location, large room, and simple but good continental breakfast.
Cons: Overall it’s dared and doesn’t have an elevator.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Clean and quiet during our stay. Staff was very friendly and covid aware. No sharing pens , wiping down and cleaning. Sad situation but they show an effort.
Cons: All good for the money spent.
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff was very friendly, matress was comfortable.
Cons: Hotel was older but not in bad shape. Breakfast options were limited.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I have stayed at many hotels and some I wanted to disinfect myself afterwards. This place wasn’t fancy or updated but everything felt and looked very clean. It had a “I can relax here and feel like I’m at home” feel. The staff were AMAZINGLY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I can’t wait to go back and make this my yearly visit to Mammoth
Cons: Nothing really
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing positive.
Cons: Night desk attendant was rude, argumentative, and confrontational to an extent that I chose not to check in and stay at the property out of concern for the safety of my wife and child. Property nonetheless charged me for the unused night without refund.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: very clean, comfortable beds, good size room. Staff was very pleasant.
Good 6.0
Pros: Hotel was clean and had covered parking. The room is a decent size for a hotel. Enjoyed the fireplace room for relaxing and talking.
Cons: Internet wifi connection was intermittent. Breakfast items are carbs and sugar. Window was completely covered in snow and had no outside light.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing but the bathroom was clean and the shower worked well.
Cons: It is old, run down, the carpets worn and dirty. It was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and felt totally ripped off by the price. I don't think I have ever stayed in such a run down hotel in the US that was given a high rating.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very clean All necessary kitchen supplies. Great parking.
Cons: Water pressure and temperature regulation was not good
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Unit had a kitchen and large living room.
Cons: Single pane windows will get drafty in winter.
Good 7.0
Pros: Lodge like feel.
Cons: Bedding could have been a bit higher quality.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: We decided to arrive a night early last minute and the staff was able to accommodate us. We did have to leave a voice message and they called us back. We never saw them the whole trip. Parking was easy; you could almost pull right up to your door depending on the room. Really convenient for unloading/loading the car. It looked like some larger suites had covered front entry rooms where you could leave your boards/boots/skis protected from the elements but out of your way. We didn’t get or need keys. Our door was coded which made it easier to get in and out. There was a chain lock on the inside which we used at night. We stayed in a cute and clean suite that had a cabin feeling to it. There was a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, dishes, silverware, cups, cupboards, a dresser. The heater was unobtrusive and worked well once we figured it out (and closed the bathroom door to decrease draft. The clock has USB plugs for convenient cell phone charging at night. There were like 6-8 hooks for our jackets hats and keys- clutch. Being outside of town have the experience a woodsy feel which we loved. We’d stay here again.
Cons: It is not close to any retail so you have to plan and shop properly if you want to have your pantry stocked for your stay. Or be ready to drive into town for a nice dinner or entertainment (NOT that far tho). We never could figure out how to turn the desk lamp on. It didn’t impact our stay that much. The shower light did not work. Or we could not find it. The shower faucets were very sensitive and it was kind of cold in there even with the water on. For our 1 bedroom suite you had to do the dishes in the bathroom sink. Luckily it was large enough to clean the dinner plates. We would have liked to use the jacuzzi but we kind of intimidated with setting it up ourselves. Plus it’s enclosed and didn’t have that snowy feel of outdoor hot tubs. The checkout instructions need to be updated- ex. we didn’t get keys.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Responsive maintenance and the gentleman was so nice (On a Sunday!!). Also, parking was nice to fit a big van.
Cons: New recycling bin without the tiny holes.. cardboard spot would be nice too.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Quaint cabins with everything you need and more for comfortable stay. Clean place. Lots of firewood. Hot water with good pressure.
Cons: Mattress in our bedroom was uncomfortable and left the nights restless.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location , cabin
Cons: Never saw the stuff... . Tried to contact them when I was checking out but nobody was available to show up at the location, which I think is weird for that type of accommodation. After all I would most likely give it another shot.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the supervisor. First time to the Mammoth area, she provided a lot of suggestions, which were all proved to be valuable to us. We enjoyed the trip more because of her tips. Will come back next time.
Cons: It's hard to find the hotel when it's dark
Good 7.0
Pros: Good and very central location in Mammoth
Cons: We arrived at 1.30 pm, which is off course early but the reception was "you cannot check in before 3 pm, come back then" It was felt pretty un polite. Though when we came back at 3 it was all smiles. Maybe work with a different pharsing for early guests
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and the location is good.

Mediocre 3.0
Cons: Several juveniles came in after midnight and talked loudly till 3am in the common area! Got no rest.
Good 7.0
Pros: There is a nice living room, that can accommodate a reasonable number of people.
Cons: I wasn’t a fan of how cramped the kitchen area felt.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location for the price cannot be beat anywhere else in Mammoth.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: The smell in the room that didn't go awayRoom had a smell that didn't go away even if you opened the window. Bed was what you would expect of a bunkbed at a hostel. Bathroom floor mat was kind of gross.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, price
Cons: Mattresses NEED to be replaced or flipped or SOMETHING the slope in the middle, the couch is comfier. The hood vent fan over the stovetop needs to be fixed it does not workand the igniters on the stove too. It pumps propane out and it doesnt always click/ignite it's either not at all or takes along time or you have to get a lighter. Meanwhile theres propane filling the kitchen because people dont know to shut it off and wait, and then the vent doesnt work... safety fire and suffocation hazard
Good 7.0
Pros: Good location
Cons: Odd smell

Good 7.0
Pros: Plenty of parking. Central location. Well stocked room. Newer furnishings.
Cons: The front office worker. Very rude on the phone and in person.
Good 6.0
Pros: I chose this motel because all the other condos I wanted to reserve were booked near the Village Mountain Center. It is walking distance, only about two blocks to the Center. We were given a room on the second level. There are no elevators of course so we had to lug our heavy bags up stairs. Was prepared for that. This is not a fancy hotel so the doors to the rooms are accessible to anyone. The bathroom appeared updated except for the sink that had grey cracks but still functional. Lots of electrical outlets. Arm chair was uncomfortable, worn in padded seat cushion. Has a mini refrigerator and microwave in the room. Continental breakfast, coffee and tea served in the common area next to the office in the mornings. Jacuzzi is tiny but at least they have one that works. Very steep hill that leads into their parking lot that was icy causing vehicles to slide-exit is less steep, which is around the connecting complex next door.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location
Cons: breakfast. is too simple
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Central Location - walk to lifts
Cons: Could be cleaner.
Excellent 8.0

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Cleanliness
Good 6.0
Pros: Nice, clean room. Decent breakfast
Cons: The fan didn't work. They provided a small fan to use which was bet loud. There was also construction behind the hotel which started getting loud at 7 am. Also the hot tub hours were 3 to 9 pm. I like hot tub availability from 7am to 10 pm.
Good 6.0
Pros: I like that it was very close to village town. Just a walk away
Cons: The WiFi doesn’t work at all. Very poor
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Price point was on par. In the heart of town, close proximity to restaurants and stores.
Cons: Room could have been cleaner.
Good 6.3
Pros: The hotel is very well located if you want to explore Mammoth or Yosemite areas or if you are on your way to Las Vegas or San Francisco. Gas stations, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets within walking distance. Good hotel only for one night.
Cons: Small and dirty rooms We arrived to Mammoth late in the day after a long drive from Las Vegas, We were tired and even though we knew it was not a luxury hotel We were expecting a clean room just to spend the night and continue our journey the following day. The first the room We were offered was very dirty, hair in the bathtub and around the water closet. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and even though they were vey busy We were offered another room. We inspected up to 4 rooms: dog´s hair in one of the room, cigarette smell in the other, more hair in the 3rd one... We decided to keep the 4th room We were offered. We were offered a little discount and they didn´t charge us for this slightly better room.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: No, it was pretty much what we expected for a Motel 6
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Pet friendly!
Cons: Bears?
Okay 4.8
Cons: Bare minimum for stay. Beds not comfortable. No Hair dryer. Shower head leaking. Non smoking room smelt horribly like smoke. No Kleenex.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great people great location great price
Cons: This place definitely deserves a higher star rating
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Victor was a huge help to me. He was friendly and polite. The room was the perfect size for me, it was warm and the bed was comfortable but the shower didn’t look very clean. I didn’t use due to me staying for a short time. All in all I feel I had a good stay.
Cons: Everything was good except for the shower but if that was the worst I got, so be it!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Centered in town fairly good location
Cons: Tiny Rooms, bathroom shower is filled with handcap equipment getting in the way of non handicapped people.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Exactly what you would expect. Friendly staff, front desk open 24/7. Clean, comfortable, cheap. Very good value for the money. Free wifi
Okay 4.0
Pros: Close to Mammoth Mountain
Cons: Room 111 had a toilet that was in disrepair which we didn’t know about until we had unpacked. Then we were moved to room 114 which had a shower for a disabled person... but once you used the shower the entire bathroom flooded every time... there weren’t enough towels provided for that kind of flooding.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location is well within reach of all the local restaurants, shops, and ski shops/rental facilities. It is located right on the main street(hwy 203), just minutes drive from Mammoth "Village", Canyon Lodge, Eagle Lodge, and Main Mountain Inn. The staff is friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable, and very warm. Parking access is almost right outside your door.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Not much
Cons: Small rough towels, nasty shower curtain.

Mediocre 2.5
Pros: none The pictures are deceiving
Cons: It’s dirty Smells like feces Expensive Bathroom drains not working
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location. That's about it.
Cons: I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The star rating is outdated. The room was very dirty and still carried some trash under the bed from previous guest. The lobby seats around the fireplace was ripped covered with some blankets.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location was great and the rooms were cozy.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location is great.
Cons: The room smelled like molds. The windows don't lock, and hotel did not send staff to fix even after we complained. The fan was loud. The hotel in general is very dated, it does not meet the stars.
Okay 5.0
Cons: What was described as "Human error," I was locked out of my room the second day of my stay. I went to the front desk to tell them I was locked out, and it took them over an hour to figure out the human error had me staying one night, not two.
Poor 1.0
Cons: The shuttle service was abruptly halted and no other alternate option of getting to the airport was provided. We asked about the shuttle prior to checking in and the front desk said the shuttle would be available to transport us to the airport the following day. Counting on that information, we decided to stay at the hotel. However, the front desk informed us today that the shuttle driver was out until Thursday! And we were stuck without a ride. The person at the front desk was unapologetic and said that no one at the hotel was insured to drive the shuttle and there was no manager on site.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location - close to local shops and simple amenities
Cons: Definitely not rate as 3.5 star hotel. Would only give it a 2star. The rooms were musty, smelly and dark. The staff were not very helpful. The aircon was not working and the rooms in the summer were Super warm/hot at night. Definitely NOT a "Resort".
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: It advertised as a 3 star and the room was a 1 star.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Good location. Bar and restaurants onsite are good.
Cons: The room. Musty smelling. Lumpy bed. Light shined through holes in the old curtains. Bathroom fan and heater didn't work. The ice maker down the hallway was broken (front hanging off). Do not stay here. Maybe a 1 star room. Definitely not a 3.5 star.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: did not get the hotel as advertised
Cons: Room was very old
Excellent 10.0
Pros: steam sauna
Cons: hot tub temperature was too low, otherwise everything else was good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The fireplace suite floor plan, the shuttle to the mountain, the heated floor and toilet seat in the bathroom.
Cons: The best was too soft

Excellent 10.0
Pros: My favorite place to stay in Mammoth, and I’ve been coming here by whole life, and I’m old!
Good 6.3
Pros: Good location and nice common area
Cons: Dated and worn room
Good 7.0
Pros: We liked the location, close to many restaurants and the ski bus stop. We like the outdoor spa. It is large and commodious. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom has no ventilation, neither a window or fan. There is poor ventilation in general. Ice formed at the bottom of the window sill. There was a plastic water bottle on the floor between the bed and wall.
Good 6.2
Pros: Friendly front counter staff
Cons: Room hallway is kinda smell, back door is no lock, anyone can access, no security camera in the back parking lot.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff was very rude. Asked what incidentals they were holding money for and the desk had no answers. Another attendant then chimed in and said it was in case I damaged something. That would be an incident, not an incidental I told him. The both said whatever and threw my credit card at me. Won't be back. Hot tub is very big but smells of sulpher.
Good 6.5
Pros: Good location. Nice common areas.
Cons: Pretty no frills room. But it was a ski trip so I was on the slopes, not in the room. Did the job fine.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff very nice and helpful.
Cons: They advertised a bar and restaurant but the bar was closed while we we there and the he only restaurant open wasn't very good.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Good value
Cons: Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable; gym was limited
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: It was gross and outdated
Okay 5.4
Cons: Website hasn’t been updated- apparently over a month ago they discontinued continental breakfast. No discount on room or coupon/gift card to a local restaurant.

Pros: Central location and easy in and out
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice and clean. Close to everything. Friendly staff.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff member was incredible at making us feel at home and welcome! He went above and beyond and is a great asset that this hotel
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was great. Very friendly. The breakfast standard continental breakfast but good. The facilities need some tender living care but I understand they are renovating and I am looking forward to staying again after the work is completed.
Cons: The facilities need some tender loving care.th
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast, pool all clean.
Cons: Good place,friendly staff.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Price.
Cons: Hotel smelled like the swimming pool and the jacuzzi did not look clean. Generally clean but in a state of rundown disrepair.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We didn't mention it last time but we really like the 24 HR pool access. It had also just been cleaned witch was very nice. This stay the room layout was much more to our liking.
Cons: We were here 3 days ago so renovation is not started yet.
Good 6.0
Pros: Great hot tub but unfortunately, the area around the pools and the pools themselves were quite dirty
Cons: The could not seem to maintain food and coffee in the breakfast area. Out of eggs 3 of 3 days. Empty coffee pots each day
Okay 5.0
Pros: Size of the rooms, pool and hot tub , location
Cons: Outdated for the inflated price. Rude front desk staff with the exception of the manager. She was very polite. Our room was not clean at check in , antiquated policies , exterior of the hotel is falling apart , charging $25 for each room key if lost? :(
Okay 4.2
Pros: Location is OK, right next to starbucks I’m old mammoth.
Cons: This is only the 2nd bad review I’ve ever left in my life, but I really feel I need to warm people. For starters, apparently they were having phone problems because I tried calling the property for over 7 hours straight to tell them I’d be checking in late, and not to give my King bed room away (what I booked and paid for). When I got to the property, all the king rooms had been already given away, except one, to which the guy behind the desk said “the housekeeper just didn’t clean it.” (UMMMM WHAT?!) So I settled for a double queen room. Which is not what I booked. When I told him the I had been trying to call the hotel and to check his phone, his response was “this is the first I’ve heard of it” and didn’t even check the phones! The next morning when I woke up, I swear I saw the manager opening rooms that had the “do not disturb” sign on them, and thought I had misunderstood so I continued on (remember this)! I needed to extend my stay a day due to weather, and I did so with someone at the front desk, my card was charged, and I thought it was all good. Then I headed out for the day. Upon my return, I brought in my parking pass and asked if the date on it needed to be updated since I was staying. The person behind the desk said “I have you marked as checked out, and that room has already been cleaned.” WHAT?! All of my stuff was still there! She kept saying someone else had checked into the room, and that my stay wasn’t updated. I showed her the charge on my credit card and everything. Eventually the manager came over and said “no one cleaned your room it’s fine.” Apparently the guy who checked me in (the one who couldn’t be bothered about the phone screen and gave my reserved room away!) had me down in a different room and it wasn’t correct in their system! BUT when I went to my room, there was a PAYDAY CANDYBAR WRAPPER in the MIDDLE OF MY FLOOR! I don’t eat those, I didn’t bring a wrapper with me, and I had been staying there for 2 nights already.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Large room
Cons: Standard check in is 4p, we were there at 4 and they told us 30 more minutes, returned at 5:15 and they told us 15 more minutes. They also still use physical keys.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: Sauna, pool, jacuzzi.
Cons: Called to ask about forgotten item in room. Not turned in as most likely kept by housekeeping. Furniture dated. They said new owner will remodel this place next month. Toilet over flowed and Brocken hair dryer. Didn’t come to room to replace broken dryer.

Pros: Breakfast was pretty nice. It's was completely self service, but the fridge was well stocked.
Cons: There was no service whatsoever. When we arrived our keys weren't even there, and we had call the house keepers for an hour before we were simply told to grab our keys from the closet at the back of the desk.
Good 6.2
Pros: Low price Close to Mammoth Mountain Cozy feel and common space
Cons: Small room Low quality furniture Some damage in room
Good 7.7
Pros: The Innkeeper was very nice. The location was perfect- we walked to mammoth brewery for their hop'n'sage festival.
Cons: We were in mammoth when warmer weather was present. It felt a bit stuffy in the room with no ac or ability to open windows. We still were able to get good sleep.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: They had an area down stairs to cook food. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was bananas and some food to eat (snack-wise). The location was good, it was close to the mountains and breweries.
Cons: The walls are not sound proof, they are paper thin and we could hear everything. We heard couples having sex, babies crying, tv's and music going. The walls were bare and white, and the bed was so low, it almost looked like something out of prison. The bathroom was old and barely worked and the shower wasn't very good. There was almost nowhere o put our stuff.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: It’s run down for the price per night. Walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbor peeing and washing up. So many house rules. I felt like it’s mom and dad’s house and I had to go to bed by 10pm. Had to move my car by a certain time for snow plow in the AM on one side of the house. Not use to so many rules while on vacation.
Good 6.3
Pros: Modern and stylishly furnished. Cosy fire in common area. Minimal plastic.
Cons: Blinds in room don’t cover window as tv bracket in the way. Couldn’t use sockets by bed as blocked by the bed. Toilet cubicle so small your knees touch the door unless you left the door open. Shower cubicle in the bedroom has clear glass which was ok for a couple but friends might not like it. Kettle in breakfast room had no socket to plug into unless you put it on floor. Plenty of frozen waffles for breakfast but nothing else. Not enough cutlery left out with no sink available to wash used cutlery in. Poor sound insulation in bedroom, I think the floor, so could hear everything from downstairs and other bedrooms. Host must have been aware of this as they left ear plugs out for us. Never saw host or any other staff during our stay so unable to comment on how they were.

Good 6.7
Pros: Location
Cons: Poor breakfast. Room needs a upgrade and the curtain was broken I had to put one chair to fix it and try to cover the windows
Mediocre 3.0

Pros: It had a room available and the staff was nice.
