Pros (+) We booked one night and ended up extending for 2. The price was great! the room was large, the motel was as expected for it's category. we found the room and bathroom clean and had not concerns related to that. Staff was friendly and responsive. Location is just a few minutes drive to the restaurants in Manchester.

Pros (+) We were in the area to visit family, and it happened to be during the horse show, so prices at every other hotel/motel were hiked. This was a reasonable price and it turned out, comfortable accommodations. The rooms are dated, but our room was clean enough and pet-allergen free enough to accommodate my allergies. We requested a room where pets are not allowed. The beds were fine, the bath and room...
Cons (-) The pool was closed while we were there. It was hot and muggy and would have been nice. There was torrential rain one night and the parking lot was flooded. The rooms never seem endangered and the lot was cleared of floodwater within a few hours, but it was dramatic at the time. I was also concerned that there was no dead-bolt on the door.
