Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to shopping areas, restaurants, and the interstate. However, there were significant concerns about cleanliness, including reports of roaches, dirty towels, unpleasant odors, and insufficient cleaning in rooms and bathrooms. While some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, experiences with service varied, and a few guests mentioned issues with check-in, room allocation, and housekeeping. Overall, the location was the highlight, but cleanliness was a recurring problem.
