PROS: The first concierge lady I met was very pleasant but she was the only one! One room booked was really nice. The other had a good view, but had musky mold scent. The beds are very comfortable!CONS: Again, the room I was in had a mold scent and shower leaked through the door. The free breakfast choice wasn't even good yet they were very strict on checking in for breakfast. I had already paid in full for 2 rooms and 2 persons in each room with FREE Breakfast but they stopped us and rudely asked us to reconfirm. Then on the day of checkout, housekeepers are constantly asking you when you're leaving to rush you out and trying to collect towels. The "helpers with luggage" try to get your luggage for you as your out the elevator already on the main lobby floor. Just not very hospitable for a hotel that claims to be the "art of hospitality." Other than that, clean hotel and central location.
