Breakfast was varied to meet everyone's taste and likes. Bread was unbelievably delicious. Cottage cheese and olive oil, mama mia! Beetroot, carrot, cucumber, and orange juices, simply wonderful. The kids loved the pancakes with chocolate or honey. Fruit salad with yogurt and lemon, yaa salaaaaam
Loud music at the pool, but the kids loved it and enjoyed all the water and dance activities. So I guess it was me rather than the music.
It was close to the airport and a little drive to the city centre- old town.
This property is an absolute shambles. This is not a four star hotel at all ! The facilities were poor but I suppose for £50 a night you shouldn’t expect much. No kettle in the room. The staff were awful- they did not care. I asked six times for a cot for the baby. They would not help me heat babies milk in anything as they said they had no containers to heat it. Absolutely awful. Room was basic. I do not recommend staying here at All.
Before I booked my reservation, one of my friends warned me, because he had visited Morocco twice before and did not like the two hotels he stayed on them, and to be honest I was afraid the first time, but I took it as a challenge. When I arrived, I discovered that everything is quite normal, even more better than many hotels i visited before. I have seen the true hospitality of the Moroccan people through this hotel. Everything was amazing, especially the Moroccan mint tea served by Gnaoui (the one who plays traditional Gnaoua music) beside the swimming pool. I completely changed my mind about Moroccan hotels and also about the Moroccan people. The first thing I did when I came back home, I met my friend and told him what I had gone through, and also tried to change stereotypes that were about the Moroccan people and their hotels as well. Almost everything was nice and a special thanks to the guys at the reception.
We couldn't use the big pool due to some maintenance, but we had a free access to the haited pool
Lovely pool and good facilities
The pillows and rooms were very basic
Very nice establishment! The staff, the comfort of the rooms and the very nice little touches during the stay were perfect ! We will probably come back very quickly.
