Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's central location, which is convenient for sightseeing and transportation. Some reviewers also mention friendly and helpful staff. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many guests describing the rooms as dirty and poorly maintained. Several guests feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price, and noise levels are often cited as a problem. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service are positive, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, value, and noise control.
