Pros:We specifically were visiting the Firekeepers casino and the hotel prices around were in the $100 and up area. Howards was reasonable at $60 and comfortable for what we needed which was a night close (4 miles) from the casino. They are also close to downtown Marshall which had some very good local restaurants. Enjoyed the stay.
Cons:No issues for us, but bathrooms are very small and little shelf space. Not an issue if only staying a few days.

Pros:Its cheap, they dont bug you, its quiet and close of Marshall... WiFi was fast and free..

Pros:Price was great for those who travel and don't have to have the SPA feel. Clean, bed comfortable, cable, wifi.
Cons:Glad I called ahead and asked-no coffee pot in the room. Brought my own. Window air conditioner was so-so. Ceiling fan did not work.
