Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) We were told our room was a non-smoking room. It was not. The smoke smell in the room was bad. We didn't tell the desk clerk because we were only going to be in the room for a few hours. Toilet seat was loose and slid when you went to sit down.

Cons (-) The initial room was very dirty. Carpet was dirty, chairs were dirty, but the most irritating was black mold above the shower and in other locations. Initially the front desk claimed there were no rooms available to change and sent a staff person to clean the mold. She was not prepared.
