Cons:
On Saturday morning there was nobody at the drop-off location. I was supposed to key-in a code at the key drop box but none had been provided on the rental agreement that I could find so I had to e-mail their Vienna office confirming that I had, in fact, returned the car on time. I also noticed that the clock at the drop-off box was an hour fast, which would, I suppose, make it look like cars were returned late when they were returned on time.Dollar

The reservation, pick up and drop off process was incredibly smooth. We were greeted warmly by the rental staff and they were very helpful in answering all our questions. Upon our return I was met in the garage by a very friendly staff person who swiftly guided me through the return process which was accomplished without a hitch.4.4 Mediocre

Cons:
Car was not reliable. Car model is lousy and it is not good on highways. The police fined us for a lack of tag and SIXT did not warn about tags that we must have it around EU. SIXT is irresponsible careless and refused to resolve this problem.Budget

Pros:
I rented an intermediate Ford Focus or similar from the airport and was offered the BMW Mini Cooper on arrival, which turned out to be really fun to drive and comfortable. The check in process was easy. We were not gouged an exorbitant amount for required insurance. We returned the car right at closing and they let us leave the car for them to process in the morning. We were charged the correct amount without any problems.Cons:

Cons:
Took forever to get our rental car. There was a new person, her first time working alone, which was not problem. But it was when the computer system crashed, and lost our reservation was the problem. We were in a foreign country, trying to communicate in another language. It took almost 2 hours to get our rental.8.0 Very good

Customer service. We wanted to shorten our reservation to 4 days with drop-off by 12:29 pm July 6. I called toll 1-800# & was told to call local # we rented from. I called there numerous times. each time the woman said she was very busy and to call back later then hung up.many more problems....9.6 Wonderful

Somewhat better pricing than other car rental agencies. No problem with picking up in Salzburg and dropping off at Munich airport (i.e.: a one-way rental). Very capable and cordial rental agent in the Salzburg office.Cons:
