Good location, right next to main square. Area is not great so don't go out late. Rooms are cleaned everyday , nice comfortable beds. Breakfast is awful! But given the price I would still stay again. Staff are nice.

Horrible experience that ruined our holiday. Staff refused to call us a taxi which meant we missed our onward connection as took us 45 min to wave one down. Toilet in room didn't work, shower was just a hose sticking out of the wall with no shower head, they tried to over charge us and the breakfast was not what was stated on booking.com. Horrible. From a kiwi and a brit.

The person at front desk was comprenhensive and gave us back the money of 2 nights of our reservation because we left the hotel.
The location is pretry dangerous for a tourist looking for walking in Medellin. The hotel is old and facilities are not well mantain.

1) It's in the center of the city, close to any transportation 2) Room was big enough 3) There was a place in the top of the building, where you can chill with a beer o just sit to work.
1) It´s in a place around an informal market, there was many prostitutes y people who smoke pot 2) There wasn't wifi in my floor, and many floors (staff said : it´s under maintenance...........yeah, right) 3) Breakfast was.......something i don´t consider like a breakfast. 4) There wasn´t air conditioning
