Pros: From the time we checked in till the time we checked out everything was excellent.
Cons: The only thing that was annoying was how loud the air conditioners were.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is obviously new and has great ammenities and appliances, including USB outlets, automatic window shades, etc. We booked a suite for 6 people, and the room was huge. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless, including the kitchenette. We were able to easily assemble the pull-out couch and the front desk brought us an extra sheet in addition to the set provided, promptly. The view is amazing, you can see the city from the elevated position and the hotel capitalizes on it with huge windows and charming balconies, comfortable outdoor furniture and a fire feature. Coffee, tea and cocoa were available 24/7 in the lobby. Breakfast was comprehensive and healthy, and the woman attending to the guests (Elizabeth) was extremely helpful and friendly and seemed to genuinely love helping the kids think of fun ways to assemble their breakfast. She cleaned any spills immediately and was constantly refilling the food items. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were even able to extend checkout by one hour. The pool was clean and quiet, pool bathroom was spotless, and fresh towels assembled on the chairs. Overall this was a fantastic hotel, and I would highly recommend staying here.
Cons: Nothing at all!

Pros: Room was clean
Cons: Shampoo was half empty. Air conditioner blew straight at bed, ice machine not working on our floor
6.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Bacon was amazing
Cons: The manager did not make me feel welcomed. I was in town for my granddaughters graduation. Of course I wanted to see my family...after all that is why I was in town. I had my 2 grandchildren. I told the manager that they each would have one friend over to swim. I told her my granddaughter and fiancé would be here to watch the kids since I couldn’t swim. She took all their names. I asked if we could have pizza and she said no not at the pool. I asked if we could have it in the breakfast room. She said only if we cleaned. We are very clean people and no one is loud or roust at all. Kids were very well behaved. The manager kept mulling around watching us. She didn’t see me watching her counting my family members. Then she said are these all your people. I said I told you exactly who was coming and what we were going to do. We left the breakfast area very clean. I couldn’t enjoy my family because of her mulling around and I was afraid someone would drop crumbs on the floor. No one made a mess and we left it as clean as it was. She then came in and looked all around. I told her that everything was as clean as we found it. Someone had a pizza boX in the pool area and I wanted her to know that it wasn’t ours. She acted so surprised. Needless to say I felt very unwelcome. I had to ask for a different room. Mine was off the pool area and it smelled so bad of mold. She wasn’t happy that I had to change rooms for the second night. I couldn’t sleep the first night because of the smell. She changed rooms for me but told me I would have to move my things right away even though we were in the middle of getting ready for graduation. I asked her if I could have one hour so she agreed. I felt so unwelcome.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: What’s not to like?
Cons: The AC in the room. Seemed like it turned on and off when it felt like it. My guess is a bad thermostat. But maybe not. Other then that, no complaints.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was clean and well kept. The elevator ride to the 4th floor was so impressive it didn’t even feel like we were moving. Overall we would stay here again for sure.
Cons: We suggest some sort of sign at the highway entrance. Google maps did not advise us we had to turn into any plaza in order to get to the hotel. We ended up passing the entrance and had to turn around. Other than that it was easily located.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I liked the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. I lucked out and came on a manager's reception night. I enjoyed the food and drink that was offered. It was a nice treat after the stress of traveling all day. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel served a full breakfast with lots of healthy choices.
Cons: The air conditioner was noisy.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice all round
Cons: N/a
4.6 Okay
Cons: Arrived around 9:30 pm. The front desk was disorganized. Started with one man. Got switched to a lady. They had us insert cc in terminal. Said $50ok. Didn't know what this was. Couldn't get any help. Finally told us for incidentals if needed. Had to redo card. It took a long time and we had no idea what was going on Got to room which was an "upgrade". ADA room. Refrigerator had been on defrost. Wasn't cold until next day. Had one bath towel in room Next day we had no bath towels and no coffee cups. Had to call to get them Then when we checked out we found we were being charged for breakfast. The night we checked in the front desk later offered us breakfast vouchers. We said we had purchased room with breakfast. Which we believe we did when booking. He said ok. Didn't even know we were in fact not getting free breakfast? Finally the lady who checked us out removed the fee. We only ate because it was free? Very poor especially for the Hilton name and the price
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pool and hot tub were gorgeous, great location to multiple bars and restaurants.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and was patient with us.
Cons: The fact that breakfast was not included
7.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds, rooms are modern and well-equipped. Coffee shop, workout room, and pool all convenient and nice.
Cons: We stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned, even though we were gone nearly all daytime hours and on the second day, I told the front desk at 4 pm it still wasn’t done. We have stayed before and hadn’t had this issue, so we aren’t sure what happened.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great. Nice pool, gym and hot tub.
Cons: Didn’t like the unaffiliated parking garage situation or the confusing process for getting the car in and out as a hotel guest.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Central location. Enjoyed walking everywhere!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness, gym, pet friendly, beautiful hotel, parking
Cons: Parking garage was a tad inconvenient to get to if you left something in the car but it was still very close for being in a city
1.0 Poor
Pros: I called to get refund land last night I stayed two hours and had an allergic reaction. I called 911. Paramedics came. I left to another hotel.
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice indoor pool, central location, comfortable rooms
Cons: Breakfast and parking were not included in the price. The hotel was only marginally better than the Best Western Plus, Holiday Inn Express hotels I also used on this trip, but cost 3 times as much.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: What I like the best was the large bathroom in the room. It would have been better if the bathroom had better water pressure and if the sink wasn't clogged.
Cons: The room was dirty. The headboard had stains everywhere. The rug needs to be shampooed. You can tell the furniture wasn't wipe down it had something dried up splatter across the dresser. I would never stay in this hotel again.

Pros: The hotel was a great location just off the highway. The lobby was clean and parking was abundant. The beds were also very comfortable and I was exhausted after a long day of work. So it was nice to get a good night's rest.
Cons: The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything in the surrounding rooms. The room had an odd odor that was not pleasant. The bathrooms seemed dated, however they were clean. The hotel lobby staff wasn't unfriendly, but also not overly friendly.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything else was exceptional... the room was very spacious laid out perfect great bed great price
Cons: This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at, the only problem I had was the way you had to enter the facility. You need to install a better directional sign that will help your guest find the parking area. The current sign is too small. As I was trying to find the entrance there was a second couple who were having the same trouble as I was we both actually took wrong turns and ended backup on the highway... We bother arrived at night, making it even more difficult to find the entrance. I did speak with the receptionist about the situation and she said for me to document it, so I am...
7.5 Good
Pros: It was ok - my husband appreciated the waffle maker. Not a lot of choices.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is lovely and full of old charm. The exterior of the hotel is beautifully preserved as is the dining/lobby area. The rooms are nicely updated and comfortable and the parking is safe and easy.
Cons: The hallways(especially) and rooms(a little) smelled like a nursing home with almost a perfume scent trying to cover up the smell of the aging, musty building.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The décor of the historic building was very interesting. The staff was friendly and attentive. The day manager gave us a detailed history of the re-modeling and conversion of the old railroad station. The bartender was great and friendly, the bar itself was grand!
Cons: The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The air conditioner was behind a large desk and blocked. The room at times was hot at night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff and the way the building looked. it was gorgeous
Cons: The parking was a little confusing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location in a beautiful historic building with a gorgeous lobby and breathtaking artistic elements. The rooms were fine and we were happy to find feather pillows! But the best part of our stay was definitely the staff. Friendly, efficient and accommodating are only a few of the words I could use to describe them. The cafe manager was a joy to chat with and managers Michael Abraham and (especially) Tara Lesneski helped us overcome a confusing issue with our credit card. Highly recommended.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: Internet was not working the entire time. We complained to front desk, but problem was never resolved. I feel we should have been offered some sort of compensation, but we were not!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spectacular lobby in a grand old setting. They can not build them like this anymore!!. Elegant, spacious and quiet room. Every area of hotel and restaurants were clean. Nice to have 2 restaurants and a coffee shop. Each staff member polite and helpful. Downtown in a busy city, but inside is quiet, and leisurely-no one is rushing you to move along.
Cons: no complaints, it's all good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms had plenty of space, but the decor of the hotel is what we like most. Everyone was super friendly and made us feel at home. That is extremely rare these days. We especially liked the staff at the cafe and enjoyed spending time at Trax too.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Proximity to steam town.
Cons: People knocking on our door at 2am while we were sleeping. They tried to gain access and we reported it to front desk both during the incident and when we checked out. Not much of a response from the staff. Makes me wonder about the security and or quality of people who use the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great and so was the food in the bar area.
Cons: Only one elevator was working.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Staff in Bar were very helpful
Cons: 1st room we were given didn't look clean, very noisy no staff to help with luggage
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing about this place. My son who is 10y/o loved the historical antiques they had all over the hotel. Very clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff and restaurant great. Rooms very nice, clean and it's right off the highway, so good stop when traveling.

7.5 Good
Pros: Nice room design and close to the malls and restaurants and other attractions.
Cons: Small pool, simple breakfast.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room was quiet, clean and comfortable.
Cons: Air conditioner made a LOUD, hideous whining noise when the fan kicked off. Turned fan to "always on" to avoid noise. There was not a suitcase stand in the room. Price was a bit on the high side. Would be nice if they offered a shuttle to Montage Mountain and Pavillion.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the looks of the hotel, the rooms very roomy, comfortable and beautiful. The outside was also very comfortable having soft chairs outside with an electric fire pit, which we were very relaxed and lucky to meet some very nice people that evening after the ball game. I was greeted by Jade, who was very friendly and helpful. On the whole we were both very pleased with almost everything!
Cons: The ONLY THING that my boyfriend and I were displeased with is that the bathtub should of had a mat to put down or a matted tub being my boyfriend almost slipped plus a handle on the left side to grab on to. This was also reported to the place we stayed with a survey through them for your knowledge.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent choices, breakfast area very clean and the BEST coffee!
Cons: Some stains on the furniture in the room

Pros: The unexpected, but fabulous fireworks show was fun to watch right out of our room windows. The lady who cooked breakfast and kept the food prep area stocked and clean, was very attentive and friendly.

7.9 Good
Pros: The room was good sized and very clean. Water was hot, good water pressure. Good location; near 81 N/S entrance. Check in and check out was super quick and easy. The breakfast was ok. Temperature in the room was very comfortable and easy to control.
Cons: Housekeeping knocked at our door at 10 am; we told them we were leaving in 10-15 minutes. They just handed us a stack of towels and a roll of toilet paper and never came back. So apparently if you aren't out of the room early, you just don't get housekeeping services. The breakfast ended at 9. and by 9 am the 2 ladies were taking it down and not being very nice about it. The woman that emptied the juice machine disregarded the fact that there was a lady standing there to get juice and she just walked over and turned the machine off. I felt sorry for the lady waiting...there was no reason to be rude about closing it down. No one new was getting food, it was just a few people there finishing up their breakfast.
7.5 Good
Pros: I didn't like the eggs and the bed was good but not for short people
Cons: The eggs could be and need cheese and peanut butter for waffles, toast and bagels
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was pretty good.
Cons: Rooms were a bit small.
7.0 Good
Pros: Comforted beds, pillows, good breakfast and a great selection. Easy check in.
Cons: The horrible smell of cigarrettes all over the hallways and room. After leaving air condition on alk night it dissapeared. On lower floors are smoking room.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Drunk men in the parking lot. Loud and drinking beer. Staff did not ask them to leave. Room was old and dingy. Not very clean. Stains on comforter. Dusty.
Cons: Safety was a concern. Room not so clean
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, bed and pillows were great. It had a microwave, refrig & coffee maker. The free breakfast was good.
Cons: The street name for GPS is different than the name on the web site - had to call the hotel - the employee was great.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Close to Wendy's
Cons: Dirty stinking sock left by last guest. Too many shady people hanging around inside and outside. Male cleaning supervisor(?) smelled like he hadn't taken a bath in quite some time.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Bedding was dirty. I asked for new bedding and I did get it. However I changed it myself because house keeping leaves at 2pm. I checked in at 7pm.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very pleasant! This is the key point to a hotel and I was very pleased with my interactions with them. Housekeeping was also very good and room was very clean.
7.5 Good
Pros: I think the breakfast is too generic. There is need for a . more cultural flair since the guess that stays there is diverse
Cons: The lights in the hall way were not working when there was a power outage during a lightning and thunder storm
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Shower, clean
Cons: More expensive than others
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Stayed there before. Consistently high standards

7.5 Good
Pros: I think our room was recently updated. It was small enough but nice and has almost everything you need (a table with chairs, a fridge, a microwave). The bed was 4 stars.
Cons: No coffee maker in a room so no cups for hot drinks. It's a pity, but the main problem was neighbors and noise that they produced (of a certain nature) from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., with breaks but from two different rooms! A disgusting night. Draw your own conclusions...

Pros: I loved how well taken care of the property is and how kind the owners are!

Cons: Unfortunately for us the hotel is in the process of renovations. Had to exit the side doors where staff sat and smoked cigarettes. Had to go to the neighboring hotel for ice and the complimentary breakfast was in a makeshift room. BUT the staff were very nice and overall the hotel was doing good for what was occurring on the main floor.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The renovation has not been disclosed, bed were not queen, but double, no bathroom utensils, ac noisy. Breakfast was included in the price, there was nothing to eat, no seating area. No customer service to call, Great Britain number , expensive to call.
7.5 Good
Pros: Didn’t expect the renovation in progress and was a bit discouraged upon my arrival but otherwise, my accommodation was great. The location was great for where I had to be. Would stay again if I return to the area. The staff at the front desk was friendly.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Newly renovated room
Cons: We should have been told the whole place is under renovation. Minimal breakfast with no place to sit, had to eat it in out room. Had to go to the neighboring hotel for ice, no functioning ice machine.
7.1 Good
Pros: Cleanliness of room.
Cons: All the contruction taking place. Lack of available services.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was clean! Breakfast was good!
6.7 Good
Pros: I liked that our room was comfortable
Cons: No where were we told that this hotel is under complete renovation! Pillows are terrible. Ice, pool, gym, parking (everything) was offered across the way at the residence inn. Breakfast was served out of a second floor room with no seating so we had to go back to our room and eat. It wasn't horrible but it would have been nice to know as we shouldnt have had to pay full price
5.0 Okay
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Never informed me of ongoing construction before I reserved the room. The front entry was closed and fenced. The side temporary entry was poorly lighted and slippery. Elevator dirty and control panel was loose. Hallway and room smelled of paint. No ice service , vending or drink s available. Sink drain clogged. Shower soap/shampoo empty
4.6 Okay
Pros: the front desk clerk was nice and helpful
Cons: The room said it was a 2 queen bed suite. the room was small, the construction made it uncomfortable and the price sucked. It was too much money.
