Location to the activites we had arranged.
We were under the impression there was two ensuite bedrooms which was disappointing. Also the television needs upgrading to flatscreen.

proximity to everything. very central & close to all public transport
The windows were so dirty we could barely see out of them when the sun was shining on them.

The location was excellent. The studio apartment facilities were more than adequate and were very clean and comfortable and serviced daily. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful too.
