Southbank Apartments - 28 Southgate

The services provided by Michael was above and beyond our expectations. I booked this accommodation for a Mother Daughter weekend, there was 4 of us travelling together, 2 mothers and 2 teenage daughters, we booked a 2-bedroom apartment but on arrival we got a 3-bedroom apartment with no additional charge, which as you could imagine made your experience that much better. Michael knew this was a Mother Daughter weekend as he had contacted me by phone the same day that I booked this accommodation, with this knowledge he was able to ensure our experience was outstanding, he was extremely helpful in providing local knowledge, ensuring that we felt safe, that we know his team where only a phone call away if we required anything, and everything he said he was going to do he delivered. But the biggest thing for us ladies travelling alone was that he allowed us a very late checkout, so we didn’t have to manage our bags while shopping and we had a place to rest before our late flight. The location was also excellence. We will be staying with you again and will be recommend this accommodation to our friends and family. Thank you, Michael, for a wonderful experience.

Beds were comfy Kitchen was great Bath was good Plenty of storage Everything you need for a longer stay (iron, washing machine, dryer etc) Lots of room compared to other city apartments

Kettle was hidden in a narnia cupboard haha took us forever to actually see it Carpets could probably do with bring vacuumed with a power head but that’s just me being picky, I had to sweep up some spilled popcorn and noticed some hair on the carpet (not ours)
