Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the beach, port, and city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. Some appreciated the views, balcony, and value for price. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as poor room hygiene and pest problems. Service experiences were mixed, with some staff described as friendly and others as rude or unhelpful. Parking was a common concern due to limited spaces and extra charges. Breakfast received neutral feedback, being acceptable but not outstanding. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's main strength, while cleanliness and parking need improvement.
