Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and the quality of the breakfast, which was often described as delicious and varied. Cleanliness was consistently highlighted, with many reviewers noting well-maintained rooms and public areas. The pool and garden areas were also appreciated for relaxation. Some guests mentioned minor drawbacks such as lack of air conditioning, minibars, or certain amenities in the rooms, and a few noted that breakfast was not always included in the price.
