We didn't like anything
The wifi didn't work at all, there were no blankets on the bed only a sheet, the shower door didn't close all the way, the bed was super uncomfortable, the room was not easy to get to, there were bugs and spiders, the room was very stark and no amenities were included, the breakfast was not included. we felt it was falsely advertised and when we booked it we thought we were staying at a hotel resort not a second rate camping facility. It was very uncomfortable with no wifi and we didn't get any rest.

The staff at the reception (Susy) was very nice. She has excellent customer service. The location is perfect. It is close to the beach and many very good restaurants. We tasted authentic pasta dishes and pizzas. :) We will surely come back to Bleu Village if in Italy.

Location is great
reaching out reception is difficult, not every room has great view; in our section all apartments had trees in front of balcony , no drinking water in the room

Location, hospitality, pick up service from the station to the resort Great customer service from the staff always happy to help
The bungalows were on hill and it was not easy to carry luggage’s and food shopping

Staff were very friendly and they tried and help whenever they could. Feels safe even at night even if there are nearly 1000 bungalows and many many stairs to climb.
Some bedding/fridge can be outdated, double beds are two single beds next to each other.
