Pros (+) Rooms were fairly quiet for being connected to the airport. Beds were comfy.
Cons (-) Had to wait in the lobby about a half hour to check in late at night. There were a rush of travelers all at the same time.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's unbeatable location, especially its direct connection to the airport terminals, making it extremely convenient for travelers. Many also highlight the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendly, helpful service provided by staff. However, some guests feel that the hotel is dated, with worn facilities and rooms, and mention that the value for the price could be improved, especially given the age of the property and some maintenance issues. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for airport stays due to its prime location and comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Breakfast was OK, staff at restaurant is friendly and they follow the protocol. Location is important.
Cons (-) Room was old and out dated, needs remodeling, smells like humidity, beds were old, low and sunken, TV was really old with poor signal and it was hard to control water temp.
Pros (+) Accessible, and easy to get around!
Cons (-) It does not feel like a 4 star hotel.
Pros (+) Close to airport
Cons (-) Food was burnt. Everything was old and falling apart. Valet Parking was the worst EVER. Lost my ticket and had to go through hell to get car back, they made me miss my flight, worst service ever.
Pros (+) Convenient locations
Cons (-) Nothing
Cons (-) It's an old hotel and too expensive.
Cons (-) when we got to the hotel there was a line of about 30 people doing the check in the line was terrible and it was about 12 am in the night
Pros (+) Breakfast was good but expensive
Cons (-) We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport. When we arrived, we waited over an hour to check in because the line was so long and there were only three employees checking people in. We had already made the reservation and pre-paid, but still waited in line when there were others that either had not made reservations or had not paid. When we finally got our room key, ...

Pros (+) Location, location, location & the great customer service
Cons (-) Rooms extra small with stained carpet, damaged walls on hallways. Facilities need a TLC badly
Pros (+) Literally 25 yards from the airport. Incredibly convenient if you have a morning flight. Friendly staff. No comment on the amenities, as we arrived late, went straight to bed, and woke up for our early flight.
Cons (-) The air conditioning thermostat in our room was not functioning correctly. We had to chose between AC on full blast (way too cold to sleep) or AC off (way too hot/humid to sleep)z. Plus the beds were old and had springs poking us. It made for a really crappy night’s sleep.
