Been coming to MiMa each summer for the past 10 years, but have not stayed in such a bad, shabby hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and were supposed to pay a total of 266€ in a upper room floor, however the receptionist gave us a basement room (with one tiny window) right next to the cafeteria and bike area. That room could only be compared to a prison cell. We said that we have an infant child and that would be too loud for us, and there is no way that we would stay in this room, especially if we have preordered a different room. So, he charged us an extra 50€ since we wanted to stay on the 2nd floor, in even smaller room, with the view on a noisy, crowded street. Bizarre and disrespectful. Rooms are very small, coffee is solely from the machines, noise is permanent, pillows are very very hard.

Staff were really friendly and very helpful. I really liked the breakfast spread, felt like a good taste of Italy! The hotel is very good value for money compared to some of the hotels in the town centre.
