Superb location, right in the heart of the downtown shopping, eating and business district. We had a very spacious room with two queen beds, desk and armchair. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and gave us a late checkout. The hotel restaurant is small but nice; there is a Greek mezze restaurant attached, and dozens of cafes and restaurants within a few blocks.
The buffet breakfast is good but not great. But there are so many cafes nearby it's not a problem.
Rooms were well appointed. Lovely beds. Kitchenette very handy indeed.
The breakfast dining room was extremely slow. After waiting 50 minutes the eggs were tepid. Our complaints were heard, and the breakfast was compted to us.
Convenient distance for shopping and restaurants.
The laundry mat was not good. It was not worth money. No free coffee for customer in the lounge,
The rooftop swimming pool need more attention , no staff no services
We decided to stay here due to location. It’s downtown and close to the metro and the main core - st Catherine street. The hotel is a bit dated but it has character. We were only there for 2 nights so we didn’t get to try the restaurant. Good location and close to amenities like cafe and restaurants.
We were not offered valet parking as I called ahead to make sure that my car would we accommodated.
